My husband and I would normally support Yellow Economy in Hong Kong. I wanna eat 串燒 so this time we try this restaurant. Their food was ok. I only like their asparagus, 牛仔骨 & squid the most. Other than that it was so so. I think the sweet corn was steamed and use the 火槍to burn it’s surface. 😰 Ox Tongue was a bit hard to chew. For the drinks, the handcrafted beef was nice but the draft beer was full of bubble on the top lol. (Which means already lost 1/4 beer on the top). We waited for the food for so long....... sigh. Well. I don’t think I will come back again given there are many restaurant choices in Hong Kong.

下班後甫與友人會面,我便跟她大吐苦水,力訴自己饑腸轆轆的感覺。誰不知她一句「肚餓了嗎?我們去吃串燒吧!」,便把我帶到這間串燒專門店的門前。 . 在接待處稍候片刻後,店員便隨即安排我們入座。檯上已預先擺放了餐具和餐牌,不用客人再勞心張羅,而且還有不同的調味粉,好讓客人按個人需要加入。餐牌上的選擇形形色色,琳瑯滿目,由雞肉、豬肉、牛肉、羊肉類,到海鮮、蔬菜類等,均一應俱全。如果還未有頭緒,也大可參考「餐廳推介」一欄,便省得煩惱。由於初次來訪,未知味道如何,我們在各類別也分別挑了幾款燒物來嚐嚐,包括黑松露扇貝、汁燒BB露筍、蒜蓉茄子、鹽燒安格斯牛柳粒、勁辣跳舞餃子雞翼、芝士蟹籽玉子燒和黃金薯條,葷素兼具。原本我們還點了一串金菇肥牛卷,只可惜當天剛好沽清了。 . {{ 汁燒BB露筍 }} 露筍一條條的串連在一起,猶如稻草裙一樣,造型奇特趣緻。經燒製以後,露筍仍舊保持爽脆多汁,吃起來既不覺乾韌,也不見裡頭有渣,口感頗佳,果然對得上「BB露筍」的名字,頗為嫩口。加上它的表面有一層薄薄的調味粉,味道甜甜的又帶微微的辣勁,真的頗為惹味。 . {{ 勁辣跳舞餃子雞翼 }} 雞翼烤至焦糖色,表皮還塗了一層油亮的醬汁,賣相吸引誘人。一咬下去,還未至內層的肉餡時,一股辣勁便隨即在口腔裡爆發。醬汁的辣度可真的不能說笑,雖然頗為惹味,但不能吃辣的人士千萬要三思而後「吃」,或準備好冰凍的飲料,不然也會跟我們一樣辣到跳舞。內餡為明太子與豬肉的結合物,辣度則沒有那麼強,較易入口。原以為混入明太子 的食物一般也會偏鹹,但這客雞翼卻又無此問題,鹹度頗恰宜的,不錯。 . {{ 鹽燒安格斯牛柳粒 }} 牛柳粒入口軟嫩,毫不乾韌,咬下去時仍能清晰看到裡頭的肉呈粉嫩的顏色,可見烹調時間拿捏得不錯。雖說是鹽燒,但鹽味並不明顯,味道反倒跟燒露筍的醬汁有點相似,甜甜的還蠻可口的。不過,如調味可以更重一點(當然也要以不蓋過牛的本味為前提),相信味道定必為更棒。 . {{ 芝士蟹籽玉子燒 }} 玉子燒為原件送上,厚厚的一塊,表面更滿佈蟹籽粒,但廚師亦已預先將其對半切開,方便享用。順著切開的紋理將其中一塊玉子燒提起,即有澎湃的拉絲效果,十分誘人。原以為混入了那麼多的芝士,王子燒會偏鹹,但吃起來一點也沒有這種問題,亦沒有膩口的感覺。玉子燒以甜味為主,屬較厚身的類型,層次感並不明顯,予人份外實在的感覺。若然廚師能將其煮得再嫩滑一些,味道便為更佳。 . {{ 黑松露扇貝 }} 扇貝一客共有三大隻,隻隻都飽滿肥美,讓人不禁想馬上把它送進口裡去,享受「啖啖肉」的滋味。它們都被一層厚厚的松露醬覆蓋著,提起來食用時還蠻狼狽的,松露醬掉落得滿處皆是。松露醬的香氣頗為濃郁,但味道卻不會太重,調味頗輕,因此口味也會相對地清淡,讓人不易感膩滯;而肉質則屬飽實的類型, 未見有霉爛或腥臊的問題。 . {{ 蒜蓉茄子 }} 茄子以原條燒成,表面鋪滿了一層厚厚的蒜蓉粒和醬汁,當中有些蒜蓉粒還經炸香,因此味道份外香濃。用叉輕輕一勾,一條條的茄子絲便輕易拉出,口感既軟腍又juicy,即使外皮的位置仍然,值得欣賞。而且,店員更貼心地附上一把刀,好讓我們分割享用。 . {{ 黃金薯條 }} 一條條的薯條堆滿在小小的籃子裡,份量十足之餘蛋黃香亦非常濃郁,讓人食指大動。金黃色的薯條表面滿佈了起沙的蛋黃碎,入口微脆酥軟,邪惡萬分卻又十分惹味。表層的薯條蛋黃味較輕,但愈底層的則愈濃味,令人不禁吃過一條又接一條。惟以蛋黃製成的食物油份始終較多,多嚐幾口還是會感到有點油膩,還是淺嚐便好,建議多人分享。 . 整體而言,食物的味道不過不失,其中汁燒BB露筍、勁辣跳舞餃子雞翼和蒜蓉茄子的味道會較為出色,但更令我欣賞的是店內的氣氛,因為它比一般的居酒屋來得清靜,不會太嘈雜。若是與三五知己一同來訪,便可與其一起靜心品嚐食物的味道和聊聊天,倍添情誼。由於晚上九時半後酒類更有優惠,嗜酒人士更可以一邊吃串燒,一邊小酌幾杯,歡談人生。

食完一串又一串🍢🍡你「肚餓了」嗎? 無改錯名啦,好似一肚餓了就會走咗入呢度咁,串燒既香氣味道充滿成個環境,BTW如果你在不太肚餓的情況下找地方吃晚飯,串燒店又是一個好的選擇。所以呢個名真係太正了吧。【肚餓了串燒烤焗專門店】 店子屬於樓上鋪,在亞士厘道,店內環境不大,一眼望晒,坐位唔多,而且坐位都屬於高椅,舒適度就一般,但係好岩飲啤酒既氣氛。臨近晚餐時間基乎座無虛席,很熱鬧。圖中呢個係我走個陣影既個個都食完走晒所以冇乜人。 肚餓了以串燒為主打,店子的串燒種類夠多,大致可分為雞/牛/羊/豚肉類、海鮮類、丸子類、蔬菜類、小食類、烤焗系列,多款創意食品。另外桌子上放有孜然粉和辣粉供客人自行調味。 🔹燒韭菜 $25 打頭陣就係燒韭菜, 因為燒韭菜係燒烤蔬菜之最,燒完還保持濕潤,味道亦控制得剛剛好,口感鲜香爽口!如果鍾意孜然粉嘅朋友,落D落去超簡單就變得更好食啦。 🔹黃金薯條 $62 黃金廳該知道是指咸蛋吧,不是普通芝士薯條喔,用上新鮮鹹蛋黃混合牛油和秘製椒鹽粉製成的黃金醬,配上粗切薯條,一放入口,每條薯條入口都有濃郁既蛋黃咸香味,好食但真係超油膩!係超邪惡既一道小食。 「 黃金薯條」能夠成為此串燒店的必叫名物,當然有所特色🍻BTW如果呢個Moment再加杯生啤就真係下晒火,太爽了。 🔹雞肉串兩串 $39 $39有兩串好抵食,因為每一串既雞肉都好大舊,分量挺多呀!.烤得火候剛好醬汁焦香,雞肉多汁,咬上一口肉質是鬆軟呀!讓人吃不停口 。 Btw如果烤雞串係配上沙嗲醬既話一定勁好食呀! 🔹羊仔柳 $32 其實羊串燒得好少選擇,一喺羊仔柳,一喺羊鞍,但羊鞍有點貴,所以揀嚟羊仔柳,點知驚喜十足喔,羊羶味唔重,剛剛好,肉質食落有口感易落肚,加了一點孜然粉。味道倒是挺香的,香料夠重手自然香氣勁點。 🔹微辣肉碎茄子 $49 呢個小妹覺得係必叫既,一整條茄子切至平開再拎去燒,面頭放上大量蒜蓉,食個將茄子肉刮起就食得,金銀蒜份量很多但部分金蒜粒太硬。整體辣味不太夠太微了。 燒透嘅茄子口感十分軟腍,質感綿綿,食落好多汁又勁惹味,而家諗起都想食。依個都屬於店主推介喔。 🔹肉汁香燒餃子雞翼-2隻 $49 一直喜歡雞翼啖啖肉的滋味,所以每次到居酒屋必點餃子雞翼,今日食串燒都唔例外有點喔。佢真係無改錯名,燒完都仲有好豐富嘅肉汁,好正! 真係好好食,餃子雞翼是雞翼去骨,然后像餃子一樣塞進一些餡料制成,明太子比一般用免治豬肉要有香味及香口。正正! 🔹蒜蓉扇貝-3隻 $88 新鮮熱辣,大大隻既扇貝,望到都吸引。食落蒜蓉味超級濃,因為面層勁多蒜蓉呀,正係因為咁所以擋到扇貝既鮮甜,不過扇貝質地頗嫩喔,食落啖啖肉,吃起來有點咬勁值得推介。 🔹芝士廣島蠔-3隻 $88 有幾隻味揀,客人可一次過嚐盡蒜蓉、芝士、XO海皇醬及黑松露香菇醬四種不同口味。但我揀左芝士味,味道都唔錯,芝士味頗重,起初怕會蓋過晒蠔既味道,但食落仍嚐到蠔既味,廣島蠔十分鮮甜,質地嫩滑 「串燒」嘅做法下醃料唔多,大都可以品嚐到食材原味,不過,消費實在唔平,可能因為始終開晌尖沙咀,就算位處巷仔內,鋪租都唔平得去邊,食幾串嘢已過百嘞。但呢度招呼好好,店員反應夠快,整體食物味道其實都唔錯每樣野都好食,【肚餓了串燒烤焗專門店】只做晚市和宵夜,營業時間為晚上六時至凌晨一時。記住啦,晏晝冇架。

下班後甫與友人會面,我便跟她大吐苦水,力訴自己饑腸轆轆的感覺。誰不知她一句「肚餓了嗎?我們去吃串燒吧!」,便把我帶到這間串燒專門店的門前。 . 在接待處稍候片刻後,店員便隨即安排我們入座。檯上已預先擺放了餐具和餐牌,不用客人再勞心張羅,而且還有不同的調味粉,好讓客人按個人需要加入。餐牌上的選擇形形色色,琳瑯滿目,由雞肉、豬肉、牛肉、羊肉類,到海鮮、蔬菜類等,均一應俱全。如果還未有頭緒,也大可參考「餐廳推介」一欄,便省得煩惱。由於初次來訪,未知味道如何,我們在各類別也分別挑了幾款燒物來嚐嚐,包括黑松露扇貝、汁燒BB露筍、蒜蓉茄子、鹽燒安格斯牛柳粒、勁辣跳舞餃子雞翼、芝士蟹籽玉子燒和黃金薯條,葷素兼具。原本我們還點了一串金菇肥牛卷,只可惜當天剛好沽清了。 . {{ 汁燒BB露筍 }} 露筍一條條的串連在一起,猶如稻草裙一樣,造型奇特趣緻。經燒製以後,露筍仍舊保持爽脆多汁,吃起來既不覺乾韌,也不見裡頭有渣,口感頗佳,果然對得上「BB露筍」的名字,頗為嫩口。加上它的表面有一層薄薄的調味粉,味道甜甜的又帶微微的辣勁,真的頗為惹味。 . {{ 勁辣跳舞餃子雞翼 }} 雞翼烤至焦糖色,表皮還塗了一層油亮的醬汁,賣相吸引誘人。一咬下去,還未至內層的肉餡時,一股辣勁便隨即在口腔裡爆發。醬汁的辣度可真的不能說笑,雖然頗為惹味,但不能吃辣的人士千萬要三思而後「吃」,或準備好冰凍的飲料,不然也會跟我們一樣辣到跳舞。內餡為明太子與豬肉的結合物,辣度則沒有那麼強,較易入口。原以為混入明太子 的食物一般也會偏鹹,但這客雞翼卻又無此問題,鹹度頗恰宜的,不錯。 . {{ 鹽燒安格斯牛柳粒 }} 牛柳粒入口軟嫩,毫不乾韌,咬下去時仍能清晰看到裡頭的肉呈粉嫩的顏色,可見烹調時間拿捏得不錯。雖說是鹽燒,但鹽味並不明顯,味道反倒跟燒露筍的醬汁有點相似,甜甜的還蠻可口的。不過,如調味可以更重一點(當然也要以不蓋過牛的本味為前提),相信味道定必為更棒。 . {{ 芝士蟹籽玉子燒 }} 玉子燒為原件送上,厚厚的一塊,表面更滿佈蟹籽粒,但廚師亦已預先將其對半切開,方便享用。順著切開的紋理將其中一塊玉子燒提起,即有澎湃的拉絲效果,十分誘人。原以為混入了那麼多的芝士,王子燒會偏鹹,但吃起來一點也沒有這種問題,亦沒有膩口的感覺。玉子燒以甜味為主,屬較厚身的類型,層次感並不明顯,予人份外實在的感覺。若然廚師能將其煮得再嫩滑一些,味道便為更佳。 . {{ 黑松露扇貝 }} 扇貝一客共有三大隻,隻隻都飽滿肥美,讓人不禁想馬上把它送進口裡去,享受「啖啖肉」的滋味。它們都被一層厚厚的松露醬覆蓋著,提起來食用時還蠻狼狽的,松露醬掉落得滿處皆是。松露醬的香氣頗為濃郁,但味道卻不會太重,調味頗輕,因此口味也會相對地清淡,讓人不易感膩滯;而肉質則屬飽實的類型, 未見有霉爛或腥臊的問題。 . {{ 蒜蓉茄子 }} 茄子以原條燒成,表面鋪滿了一層厚厚的蒜蓉粒和醬汁,當中有些蒜蓉粒還經炸香,因此味道份外香濃。用叉輕輕一勾,一條條的茄子絲便輕易拉出,口感既軟腍又juicy,即使外皮的位置仍然,值得欣賞。而且,店員更貼心地附上一把刀,好讓我們分割享用。 . {{ 黃金薯條 }} 一條條的薯條堆滿在小小的籃子裡,份量十足之餘蛋黃香亦非常濃郁,讓人食指大動。金黃色的薯條表面滿佈了起沙的蛋黃碎,入口微脆酥軟,邪惡萬分卻又十分惹味。表層的薯條蛋黃味較輕,但愈底層的則愈濃味,令人不禁吃過一條又接一條。惟以蛋黃製成的食物油份始終較多,多嚐幾口還是會感到有點油膩,還是淺嚐便好,建議多人分享。 . 整體而言,食物的味道不過不失,其中汁燒BB露筍、勁辣跳舞餃子雞翼和蒜蓉茄子的味道會較為出色,但更令我欣賞的是店內的氣氛,因為它比一般的居酒屋來得清靜,不會太嘈雜。若是與三五知己一同來訪,便可與其一起靜心品嚐食物的味道和聊聊天,倍添情誼。由於晚上九時半後酒類更有優惠,嗜酒人士更可以一邊吃串燒,一邊小酌幾杯,歡談人生。

食完一串又一串🍢🍡你「肚餓了」嗎? 無改錯名啦,好似一肚餓了就會走咗入呢度咁,串燒既香氣味道充滿成個環境,BTW如果你在不太肚餓的情況下找地方吃晚飯,串燒店又是一個好的選擇。所以呢個名真係太正了吧。【肚餓了串燒烤焗專門店】 店子屬於樓上鋪,在亞士厘道,店內環境不大,一眼望晒,坐位唔多,而且坐位都屬於高椅,舒適度就一般,但係好岩飲啤酒既氣氛。臨近晚餐時間基乎座無虛席,很熱鬧。圖中呢個係我走個陣影既個個都食完走晒所以冇乜人。 肚餓了以串燒為主打,店子的串燒種類夠多,大致可分為雞/牛/羊/豚肉類、海鮮類、丸子類、蔬菜類、小食類、烤焗系列,多款創意食品。另外桌子上放有孜然粉和辣粉供客人自行調味。 🔹燒韭菜 $25 打頭陣就係燒韭菜, 因為燒韭菜係燒烤蔬菜之最,燒完還保持濕潤,味道亦控制得剛剛好,口感鲜香爽口!如果鍾意孜然粉嘅朋友,落D落去超簡單就變得更好食啦。 🔹黃金薯條 $62 黃金廳該知道是指咸蛋吧,不是普通芝士薯條喔,用上新鮮鹹蛋黃混合牛油和秘製椒鹽粉製成的黃金醬,配上粗切薯條,一放入口,每條薯條入口都有濃郁既蛋黃咸香味,好食但真係超油膩!係超邪惡既一道小食。 「 黃金薯條」能夠成為此串燒店的必叫名物,當然有所特色🍻BTW如果呢個Moment再加杯生啤就真係下晒火,太爽了。 🔹雞肉串兩串 $39 $39有兩串好抵食,因為每一串既雞肉都好大舊,分量挺多呀!.烤得火候剛好醬汁焦香,雞肉多汁,咬上一口肉質是鬆軟呀!讓人吃不停口 。 Btw如果烤雞串係配上沙嗲醬既話一定勁好食呀! 🔹羊仔柳 $32 其實羊串燒得好少選擇,一喺羊仔柳,一喺羊鞍,但羊鞍有點貴,所以揀嚟羊仔柳,點知驚喜十足喔,羊羶味唔重,剛剛好,肉質食落有口感易落肚,加了一點孜然粉。味道倒是挺香的,香料夠重手自然香氣勁點。 🔹微辣肉碎茄子 $49 呢個小妹覺得係必叫既,一整條茄子切至平開再拎去燒,面頭放上大量蒜蓉,食個將茄子肉刮起就食得,金銀蒜份量很多但部分金蒜粒太硬。整體辣味不太夠太微了。 燒透嘅茄子口感十分軟腍,質感綿綿,食落好多汁又勁惹味,而家諗起都想食。依個都屬於店主推介喔。 🔹肉汁香燒餃子雞翼-2隻 $49 一直喜歡雞翼啖啖肉的滋味,所以每次到居酒屋必點餃子雞翼,今日食串燒都唔例外有點喔。佢真係無改錯名,燒完都仲有好豐富嘅肉汁,好正! 真係好好食,餃子雞翼是雞翼去骨,然后像餃子一樣塞進一些餡料制成,明太子比一般用免治豬肉要有香味及香口。正正! 🔹蒜蓉扇貝-3隻 $88 新鮮熱辣,大大隻既扇貝,望到都吸引。食落蒜蓉味超級濃,因為面層勁多蒜蓉呀,正係因為咁所以擋到扇貝既鮮甜,不過扇貝質地頗嫩喔,食落啖啖肉,吃起來有點咬勁值得推介。 🔹芝士廣島蠔-3隻 $88 有幾隻味揀,客人可一次過嚐盡蒜蓉、芝士、XO海皇醬及黑松露香菇醬四種不同口味。但我揀左芝士味,味道都唔錯,芝士味頗重,起初怕會蓋過晒蠔既味道,但食落仍嚐到蠔既味,廣島蠔十分鮮甜,質地嫩滑 「串燒」嘅做法下醃料唔多,大都可以品嚐到食材原味,不過,消費實在唔平,可能因為始終開晌尖沙咀,就算位處巷仔內,鋪租都唔平得去邊,食幾串嘢已過百嘞。但呢度招呼好好,店員反應夠快,整體食物味道其實都唔錯每樣野都好食,【肚餓了串燒烤焗專門店】只做晚市和宵夜,營業時間為晚上六時至凌晨一時。記住啦,晏晝冇架。

HORRIBLE SERVICE, BAD FOOD. We came here at 7.25pm and the first thing the waiter said that we have 1hr 30mins per seating. We ordered the salted beef tongue, which was chewy and not edible. The pork was also quite bad. Chicken skewer, scallops, oyster and vegetables were ok. An hour into our meal, while waiting for our final dish to arrive we decided to order one more dish which was rudely refused because we only had 30mins left. In fact the guy immediately brought our bill and asked us to pay first, all this while we are still waiting for our final dish to arrive. When the last dish came, he offered to move me to another table so we can finish eating it. When I further complained, he said he would speak to the manager and come back, which he never did. It was a horrible experience and I will never go...

My husband and I would normally support Yellow Economy in Hong Kong. I wanna eat 串燒 so this time we try this restaurant.

Their food was ok. I only like their asparagus, 牛仔骨 & squid the most. Other than that it was so so.

I think the sweet corn was steamed and use the 火槍to burn it’s surface. 😰 Ox Tongue was a bit hard to chew. For the drinks, the handcrafted beef was nice but the draft beer was full of bubble on the top lol. (Which means already lost 1/4 beer on the top). We waited for the food for so long....... sigh.

Well. I don’t think I will come back again given there are many restaurant choices...
