HORRIBLE SERVICE, BAD FOOD. We came here at 7.25pm and the first thing the waiter said that we have 1hr 30mins per seating. We ordered the salted beef tongue, which was chewy and not edible. The pork was also quite bad. Chicken skewer, scallops, oyster and vegetables were ok. An hour into our meal, while waiting for our final dish to arrive we decided to order one more dish which was rudely refused because we only had 30mins left. In fact the guy immediately brought our bill and asked us to pay first, all this while we are still waiting for our final dish to arrive. When the last dish came, he offered to move me to another table so we can finish eating it. When I further complained, he said he would speak to the manager and come back, which he never did. Their food was ok. I only like their asparagus, 牛仔骨 & squid the most. Other than that it was so so.
I think the sweet corn was steamed and use the 火槍to burn it’s surface. 😰 Ox Tongue was a bit hard to chew. For the drinks, the handcrafted beef was nice but the draft beer was full of bubble on the top lol. (Which means already lost 1/4 beer on the top). We waited for the food for so long....... sigh.
Well. I don’t think I will come back again given there are many restaurant choices...
Read more下班後甫與友人會面,我便跟她大吐苦水,力訴自己饑腸轆轆的感覺。誰不知她一句「肚餓了嗎?我們去吃串燒吧!」,便把我帶到這間串燒專門店的門前。 . 在接待處稍候片刻後,店員便隨即安排我們入座。檯上已預先擺放了餐具和餐牌,不用客人再勞心張羅,而且還有不同的調味粉,好讓客人按個人需要加入。餐牌上的選擇形形色色,琳瑯滿目,由雞肉、豬肉、牛肉、羊肉類,到海鮮、蔬菜類等,均一應俱全。如果還未有頭緒,也大可參考「餐廳推介」一欄,便省得煩惱。由於初次來訪,未知味道如何,我們在各類別也分別挑了幾款燒物來嚐嚐,包括黑松露扇貝、汁燒BB露筍、蒜蓉茄子、鹽燒安格斯牛柳粒、勁辣跳舞餃子雞翼、芝士蟹籽玉子燒和黃金薯條,葷素兼具。原本我們還點了一串金菇肥牛卷,只可惜當天剛好沽清了。 . {{ 汁燒BB露筍 }} 露筍一條條的串連在一起,猶如稻草裙一樣,造型奇特趣緻。經燒製以後,露筍仍舊保持爽脆多汁,吃起來既不覺乾韌,也不見裡頭有渣,口感頗佳,果然對得上「BB露筍」的名字,頗為嫩口。加上它的表面有一層薄薄的調味粉,味道甜甜的又帶微微的辣勁,真的頗為惹味。 . {{ 勁辣跳舞餃子雞翼 }} 雞翼烤至焦糖色,表皮還塗了一層油亮的醬汁,賣相吸引誘人。一咬下去,還未至內層的肉餡時,一股辣勁便隨即在口腔裡爆發。醬汁的辣度可真的不能說笑,雖然頗為惹味,但不能吃辣的人士千萬要三思而後「吃」,或準備好冰凍的飲料,不然也會跟我們一樣辣到跳舞。內餡為明太子與豬肉的結合物,辣度則沒有那麼強,較易入口。原以為混入明太子 的食物一般也會偏鹹,但這客雞翼卻又無此問題,鹹度頗恰宜的,不錯。 . {{ 鹽燒安格斯牛柳粒 }} 牛柳粒入口軟嫩,毫不乾韌,咬下去時仍能清晰看到裡頭的肉呈粉嫩的顏色,可見烹調時間拿捏得不錯。雖說是鹽燒,但鹽味並不明顯,味道反倒跟燒露筍的醬汁有點相似,甜甜的還蠻可口的。不過,如調味可以更重一點(當然也要以不蓋過牛的本味為前提),相信味道定必為更棒。 . {{ 芝士蟹籽玉子燒 }} 玉子燒為原件送上,厚厚的一塊,表面更滿佈蟹籽粒,但廚師亦已預先將其對半切開,方便享用。順著切開的紋理將其中一塊玉子燒提起,即有澎湃的拉絲效果,十分誘人。原以為混入了那麼多的芝士,王子燒會偏鹹,但吃起來一點也沒有這種問題,亦沒有膩口的感覺。玉子燒以甜味為主,屬較厚身的類型,層次感並不明顯,予人份外實在的感覺。若然廚師能將其煮得再嫩滑一些,味道便為更佳。 . {{ 黑松露扇貝 }} 扇貝一客共有三大隻,隻隻都飽滿肥美,讓人不禁想馬上把它送進口裡去,享受「啖啖肉」的滋味。它們都被一層厚厚的松露醬覆蓋著,提起來食用時還蠻狼狽的,松露醬掉落得滿處皆是。松露醬的香氣頗為濃郁,但味道卻不會太重,調味頗輕,因此口味也會相對地清淡,讓人不易感膩滯;而肉質則屬飽實的類型, 未見有霉爛或腥臊的問題。 . {{ 蒜蓉茄子 }} 茄子以原條燒成,表面鋪滿了一層厚厚的蒜蓉粒和醬汁,當中有些蒜蓉粒還經炸香,因此味道份外香濃。用叉輕輕一勾,一條條的茄子絲便輕易拉出,口感既軟腍又juicy,即使外皮的位置仍然,值得欣賞。而且,店員更貼心地附上一把刀,好讓我們分割享用。 . {{ 黃金薯條...
