. This meal costed me $249 in total. We had two bowl of noodles, salad and two drinks.

Tom yum soup with clams and seafood was not spicy at all. It was just right for me as I had sore throat. It tasted healthier than the usual Tom yum soup base in other restaurants so I felt less guilty 🤣it’s a good choice for people who are on diet but also crave for something sour and sweet.

Tom yum soup with US sliced beef is also a good choice for sick or healthy people 😍 the sliced beef is fully cooked. It is completely what I looked for. The weather has been changing and many people got sick. It is definitely a priority to keep our body from bacteria. The beef was flavourful too.

Green Papaya salad is my favourite of the meal! It’s so appetizing we it’s sour and a bit spicy. Really love it with peanuts on the dish!

Pandan lemongrass squash sounded very unique so we ordered it. The taste was pandan was strong along with lemongrass. It was refreshing

For Longan special drink, I always like Logan so it’s perfect for me. It’s relatively sweet...

Another amazing found in the buzzy area of Tsim Sha Tsui, just behind isquare - the hidden gem is located here. I have never tried any kind of boat noodles in Hong Kong. I brought a friend here today to have dinner with me since she likes Thai food as well. Boat noodles can be classified as a cheaper option. We picked one noodle (angus beef!), a veggie and a snack platter to be shared between the two of us as you can see from the menu, they have a lot of options to choose from!!!! Pad Thai was the noodles type we chose and it didn’t disappoint at all. the soup broth was super delicious- not too sweet nor salty - with a lot of fried pig ears, radish, fish balls and of course beef! Wow it definitely satisfied our craving for a hot bowl of goodie. snack platter was surprisingly good - all type of snack was made high in quality. Prawn cake was soft and dense, layer wasn’t thick as all. Fried cheese dumpling wow us with the thin layer and crispy skin. Wings were not oily at all and flavorful’ overall we will definitely be back for their...

Homemade iced longan drink - The staff was generous with the portion of longan. Longan drink was sweet and clear, and longan was very chewy and juicy.

Angus beef boat noodle - It was hard to find authentic boat noodle in Hong Kong, and they certainly did not disappoint. Boat noodle was strong in pepper taste and the soup was flavourful and slightly thick in texture. Sweet potato noodle was very chewy and smooth. Angus beef was tender and juicy and fishball was soft and smooth as well.

Thai snack platter - It consisted of chicken wings, prawn cake and cheese wanton. Chicken wings were fried till crispy and juicy, cheese wanton was crispy and cheesy and prawn cake was chewy and crispy as well. All goes well with the Thai sweet and sour sauce.

Prawn chip and deep fried pork skin was very crispy and chewy, good for light bites or go along with...

Taste of soup base is not bad but ok, rice noodle is real mushy, soup are less than noodle, US beef is normal quality. Pork skin is from package not homemade. Yes I drink taste like hot water. ☹️☹️When I tried to placed the orders by saying duck breast first, the waitress stopped me&said “soup base”, after I replied, she said “noodle”, I replied as whatever she would like us to place the order in way her but at the end, one of the item is missing. Her attitude is very terrible!! They only have soft drink but no Thai milk which is disappointing too. I would say it’s overpriced for such a normal dish+the unpleasant service. I would rather go back to 船皇, cheaper price for good quality of food&service!
