太平洋咖啡 Pacific Coffee (香港文化中心店) — Restaurant in Kowloon

This is a Pacific Coffee (PC) branch on the ground floor of the Hong Kong Cultural Centre (HKCC) along the TST Promenade.

I found myself stuck at HKCC during a recent downpour and decided to have an espresso while waiting for the rains to stop. Generally speaking, I'm not a big fan PC but had some time to kill while waiting for the rains to die down so thought what the heck and ordered an espresso here.

Unfortunately, what I was served was not good at all. The espresso very bitter, highly acidic with a burnt taste. It was difficult to finish. Next time, I'll stick to what I've known for many years, go with white and dessert style coffees at Pacific Coffee, these are considerably more palatable. If in need of a good black coffee, find a proper coffee shop somewhere else. Otherwise, the location here is great, service was...

Ordered my all time favorite coffee mocha haa, having rich chocolate flavor and i love topping cream which neutralizing the bitterness of the caffeine haa, having alto size indeed so satisfying haa

Getting Canadian Bacon and scrambled egg cheese croissant is lovely, as big fan of croissant, this one is quite nice even canadian bacon is just its lol, wanted try german sausage more tim sad

Spending an afternoon here is such a good choice haa and i like relaxing songs playing around in this nice small shop yaya, getting more ppl here if you come later around at 2

I was very happy to find this coffee shop. I suspect thousands of tourists (and possibly locals) walk past daily without realizing it's there. it's inside the Hong Kong Cultural Centre. I had trouble finding it with Google Maps the first time. It's inside the vast lobby, close to the harbour promenade side but except for a small portable sign there is no indication it's there. I personally think this is great. If there isn't an event happening the lobby is virtually empty. On my visits it was not crowded, service is excellent and the americano was among the best I've had anywhere. There are lots of good coffee shops in Hong Kong. But I would always be on the watch for Pacific Coffee (many locations) because I know exactly...
