Came here for dinner after seeing some lovely pictures online. I wish I had read the reviews first.
Fortunately, we got a table immediately. The order was taken promptly.
We ordered a chicken steak with omelette rice and curry, along with a strawberry cream soufflé. We were told the soufflé would take about 20 minutes, no problem. I figured it would be ready by the time we finished our main course. But then… the drama began. Less than five minutes later, the soufflé arrived at our table. And still, no sign of the main course. Fifteen minutes passed… and we were still waiting. Should I wait for the main or should I eat the souflei To hell with it .I was so hungry, I just gulped down the soufflé. Dessert before the main course? How is that even possible? Do these staff not have a basic understanding of the sequence in which a meal should be served? Or perhaps they simply don’t care.
That said, the food itself was amazing. The soufflé was perfect. And the main dish was equally delicious.
If only the service staff had shown a little decency and concern for the customer, this could have been a truly great dining experience.
Bottom line:: I’m not surprised that Hong Kong people are increasingly choosing to eat in Shenzhen instead of here. It’s because of service staff with this kind of attitude.
Soon, I wouldn’t be surprised if most of the talented chefs leave Hong Kong to work in Shenzhen, leaving these arrogant, indifferent servers behind, What a shame!
In the end, my compliments go to the chef. And to the service staff: consider this a polite warning. Change while you still can.
God bless us all...

The overall dining experience was disappointing:
Overpriced for its poor attitude and average food, would not...
