Horizonte Lounge — Restaurant in Kowloon

This rooftop bar has an amazing view, and the cocktail I had was delicious.

However, I really dislike it when service charges are put on the bill. The service consisted of mixing the drink, bringing it to the rooftop, and cleaning afterward. I appreciate this, but isn't this the standard for bars?. But most of all, I really despise it when a service charge is not disclosed beforehand.
