J.Co Donuts & Coffee (Mong Kok) — Restaurant in Kowloon

I always order a cheeky J.Co during the holidays . Sadly today I encountered a rude barista/worker . I just asked a simple question if they changed their product size cause I felt it was a bit smaller than usual and they didn’t entertain me and shrugged me off as if I’m yesterdays newspaper without answering my question. I told them off and said for future reference if you don’t know or have no time to answer they could’ve dealt it in an orderly manner and not scoff me aside.. They just laughed at each other when I left as if what I said was rubbish… utterly rude. I myself was working in the Food industry and have never treated anyone this way. Simply delicious. They beat Krispy Kreme hands down. A concept brought in from Indonesia, it combines great doughnuts with nice coffee for a really nice experience.

We discovered them while walking in Mong Kok. The store has nice esthetics to it, and it blends well with other coffee houses like Starbucks and PCC, but with its unique flair.

They use funny word plays to name their doughnuts and drinks, so it may take a while until you remember them properly. We tried a cappuccino and a black forest doughnuts, and both were heavenly delicious.

Barista was so rude. She was not really respectful to us she, keeps on giving us rude gestures. We didn't dine-in because she was not looking happy at all with us being their. She keeps on walking in the space we were sitting in even though the space was really small she keep on cleaning and doing her stuff even though she had no work there. She still keep on looking at us rudely. When we finally get our order they didn't pack it. Just handed over the coffee cups and the Donuts box without any bag. The coffee cups was filled with the ice and there was not much drink in it. Donuts was not clean also.
