Located at the Hung Hom MTR station, a major traffic hub, it’s one of the busiest McDonald’s in town. During the morning rush hours, be prepared to wait a bit for your order to come thru. This isn’t the reason why I only have 2 stars. Understandably, this is a busy place, but the seating area is one of the better airy and comfortable seating areas available in Hong Kong. I think more resources should be put into the cleaning and upkeep of the area, I can see their staff working non stop tidying up and cleaning after patrons who leave their trays on the table; somehow this is a norm in Hong Kong; it would be much more comfortable for everyone if everyone clears their own trays when the left. Anyway, the devil is in the details ; the venue lacks proper cleaning, as you can see in the photos, the usb ports are a nice touch, but the fixtures that house the USB ports and lights are not only dusty, they have food splatter on them.
