Very bad service attitude Dine in, got meal service. They completely forgot about it and just put my meal on the counter When I asked, they just said that it had been delivered already? The lady with short hair and round glasses wearing a black striped shirt was very impolite She not only didn't apologize, but she also shouted at me that she pot it on the counter and I didn't see it. But actually who will check if their meal have been put on the counter when they have requested table service??? Also there are bone fragments in the burger Would have given a zero if possible Not returning again Order no 712/89 2024/10/14 The McCafe Man was very polite though

Even with the lack of PRC tourists this place is like a refugee camp. Of the people here half look like they live in here. Added to this is the steady stream of folk headed to the toilets, which I guess are cleaner than their houses, which is a sad thought. The eating area has no natural light and with all the homeless is just awful. The food came quick as it was made ahead of time. The edges of my pancakes were stiff with rigermortis. Staff was nice.

this is unacceptable, is this even a proper portion of fries. I went up to the counter to about it and they just throwed the old one away and fill with the same small cola cup with even smaller fries to me , what is the point of it. I saw all the proper curly fries cup laying there at.the back of the kitchen but u serving me with small cola cup with only few fries inside. those staff are incredibly rude as well
