Ben, the barista, is a skilled coffee brewer. Recently, I ordered a latte and a mocha from him, and both were excellent.

Ben is extremely knowledgeable about coffee brewing techniques and very strict about temperature control. I requested the milk to be warm, as the other coffee I had from Starbucks branches are all disappointingly boiling hot. But both the latte and mocha that I tasted from Ben were warm and smooth, exactly how I wanted, without any bitterness, and milk was smooth as silk. This perfect temperature control allowed me to appreciate Ben's persistence and pursuit of coffee quality.
