Wildfire pizzabar (Tsim Sha Tsui) — Restaurant in Kowloon

After arriving on an overnight flight and walking miles and miles we fancied stopping off for a drink along the Avenue Of Stars. We came across this place with lovely big Happy Hour signs at just $HK45 for a beer in a fantastic location. The view was amazing right on the bay , perfect for people watching. There are both high table and chairs and lower ones .. the higher ones were our preference. We didn’t order pizza, having chicken wings once which were lovely. What we really enjoyed was the atmosphere of the place. Directly across the way was a pick up point for boat tours, and we were amazed by the seemingly thousands of people patiently queuing and waiting for their boat. While we were watching them a fair few were watching us ( 2 Brits having a beer ) and a few came and asked for photos. This became our go to daily bar for sundown drinks as it was local for the metro for us. Special mention must go to Tone, who served us the first day and every day after that. Tone was so friendly , and when we went back on subsequent days just told us to take a seat and brought our drinks over to us, like going into your local and the land lord knows what you’re having. Cold Night in Wildfire at Avenue of Stars

It’s honestly so cold sitting here in the winter time, shouldn’t come in cold weather, the staffs are not that friendly, you have to serve yourself even you go dine in

Smoked Salmon Pizza, including smoked salmon, wasabi mayonnaise capers, red onions, elmascanoont salad rocket and mozzarella is pretty good one and not spicy, only having a bit of exciting mayonnaise haa, it’s good dipping with sour cream too yaya, got two pieces of this one

Tomato Meatballs Spaghetti, cherry tomato, parmesan, fresh tomato sauce, tastes good with good texture, meatball is firm

Black Truffle Prawn Linguine,asparagus, cherry tomato, parmesan is soso, even good cooked for lunguine but the seasoning is soso and prawns are a bit of tasteless sad

US Angus Beef Burger (8oz) having a thick of beef patty tastes okay

French fries is okay even like the standard in mcdonald haa

Popcorn chicken is really outstanding one, love the crispy small chicken budgets haa with good salty seasoning

Used to go the peak, and the environment is quite good but i’d come here in autumn or spring, guess better coming in these two seasons

Wildfire is an American style restaurant and pizza bar with five branches around Hong Kong including this place along the Avenue of Stars section of the TST Promenade, just next to the large Starbucks. The restaurant has nice views of the harbour, outdoor and indoor seating and a simple menu with pizzas, burgers and other American dishes. They are open from 12-10pm daily and offer take-away and delivery for those who prefer to eat from the comfort of their home, office or area hotels.

We recently ordered the Mad for Cheese (basically a four cheese) pizza which was delivered in 30 minutes. This was a better-than-average pizza with flat crust and good quality cheeses. To be fair, you can do quite a bit better at the pizza specialists on Hong Kong Island but probably not here in TST East area of the city where there is little on offer when it comes to proper pizza. If you are staying in one of the area hotels of TST, TST East or Hung Hum, Wildfire is about as good as you are...
