Andrés Exprés Parque de la 93 — Restaurant in Bogota, Capital District

This place is beautifully decorated outside and inside with so many details you could spend one whole night going through them all!!!

It has four floors with very distinct names: Hell, Earth, Purgatory & Heaven and there is stuff happening at every floor.

We were in Hell (first floor) and there was a latin music band playing great music at a level you could actually still speak to other people.

Then, another small band came to our table with a girl inciting us to have fun, she placed bands over our heads, crowns for the girls on my group, played one minute of music...It was fun!!!

The food was very good and the smiling waitress and waiter (yes, we had two) provided good service (the time it took to bring the drinks could have been shorter).

Overall, a great experience!!! If you go to Bogotá, this must be your first stop...

My experience at Andres Carne de Res, Bogota, Colombia, is one of disgust and abhorrence. This "restaurant" made me wait for over one and a half hours for my food. Additionallly, my father and I had to wait 45 minutes for a cerveza and vanilla milkshake. My mother was in a very irritable mood throughout lunch, and my father insisted that we leave after the beer and milkshake, but we waited, much to me and my father's dissappointment. Although the food was surprisingly adequate, it does not make up for the time we spent there: 1-3:30. Finally, I hope everyone heeds my warning and stays away from Andres Carne de Res if they are really hungry...

El peor servicio. / worst service a ridiculously long await time (30) to be served 3 quick dishes while the restaurant is empty, has only 4 guests. Go somewhere else, there many amazing places in Bogota instead of this restaurant which gets worse every time we ve come. Every peace is mini size, they have downsized everything and increased prices .

Un domingo 24/08/24 18h hay dos personas y nosotros somos dos en todo el restaurante, está vacío. Más de media hora para servirnos unas empanadas un chicharrón (mino y casi 30.000 pesos) y un pincho tamaño menú infantil por mucho. No hay derecho ! Es una grosería absoluta sobretodo sin haber dicho desde el principio que podría haber demora, así uno decide si espera congelándose en esta terraza helada o no. Encima de todo la excusa es : que tiene muchos rappis y eso es muchísimo más importante que servirle a los clientes. Pésima organización que no es responsabilidad de los clientes. Pésima logística interna del restaurante. En ese caso abran dos líneas, una solo Rappi y una para atender a los clientes que se toman la molestia de ir.

La comida: nada especial de verdad y en cambio miniatura y carísimo.

El mesero FELIPE, pésimo, el peor. Buscando excusas ridículas y una actitud de quinta y grosería. Ni siquiera vino a la mesa cuando llegamos nos tocó pararnos a buscar las cartas. No volvemos nunca más. Hay demasiada buena comida en Bogotá para aguantarse este tipo de cosas, por parte de estos niñitos que ponen a servir en Andrés. Es constante en Andrés carne de res el problema de servicio en todos los locales . Lo meseros se creen estrellas por trabajar ahí, actitud insoportable cómo si nos estuvieran haciendo un favor, y resulta que están simplemente haciendo su trabajo. Si no les gusta,...
