Not recommended! Went last weekend to have dinner. I ordered an entree asking before if the pasta comes with white sauce, completely different, awful taste. Service slow and went I went to approach the server, she didn't even know how to handle the situation. I told her to please call the manager he never came out to even hear me. Didn't order another entree, payed for the juice and that's it. My friend ordered a pasta bolognesa, it was corn beef, awful taste as well. Small restaurant tables everywhere and the best service froms servers and the manager or owner who doesn't even care about the clients....I guess that is the way he runs his business???. When we left we went to have dinner in another place. There are so many places and good restaurants in Cartagena and I got with the worst. Not recommended at...

The worst restaurant experience in my life. We waited for our food very patiently for over an hour and a half without any update from the waiter. We flagged down the waiter and were finally told that our food would be coming out shortly. About 10 minutes later our food arrived, but we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for an order of fries for one of the kids at our table. The fries should’ve been the easiest and fastest to make. Their inattention to their customers is abominable. The food was good but honestly didn’t matter since our meals were ruined because of the whole experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I don’t recommend this restaurant at all, the servers are not well mannered nor welcoming whatsoever. To begin, my friend were served old rice which we fed to our little one year old. Once we pointed this out to the severs, they denied it and called it “special rice” which is ridiculous and lacks accountability as this is a health hazard. I ordered pasta and was charged 3000 pesos to add more Parmesan which came in the smallest cup ever. Mind you they didn’t mention this charged until the bill came… last but not least they still have the audacity to ask wether we want to tip or not.
