I visited this restaurant today with a friend, and we’re planning to come back for a while because of the many positive reviews.
My friend ordered the crispy cauliflower, which was incredibly crispy. However, it had a more Indian-like flavor instead of the Thai flavor I was expecting.
The pad thai arrived next. I appreciated the sweetness and taste of the chicken, but the noodles had an unusual flavor. I could detect coconut milk in the pad thai, which is not a traditional Thai ingredient.
Finally, we ordered the mango sticky rice. Again, I found it to be a departure from traditional Thai cuisine. The rice resembled arroz con leche, a Colombian dish, rather than the sticky rice commonly used in Thailand.
