Poblado Luxury Suites — Hotel in Medellín

This is absolutely the best place to the stay in Medellin. The house, location, staff and hosts were excellent.

House: The photos are very accurate of the house. It was fabulous place with plenty of locations for our group to hang out. Each bead room is great. The roof with the hot tubes and the closing roof is phenomenal.

Location: The neighborhood was nice and felt very safe. There are so many excellent restaurants and cafes in within two blocks. The best way to get to Parque Lleras is a quick taxi or Uber (maybe 10K pesos = $2-3.) It is not too far to walk if you like.

Staff: The cleaners kept the house spotless every day. They even washed our clothes for us. We had them cook a delicious breakfast a couple times (low cost add on.)

Host: Nelson greeted us and provided great advice of the area. His attention to detail is incredible. He kept very detailed receipts and itemized costs for every services we ordered. All were reasonably priced and immediately available. He went to dinner with us and he even cooked for us during a BBQ. The guy is great.

Where to begin? I was organizing a bachelor party for a little over a dozen guys. From reading the property description and other reviews, I knew that Felix, Nelson, and their crew offer, at no extra cost, more than just accommodations. But that's an undersell. What you really get is amazing accommodations in an ideal location plus a full-on concierge service your trip. Felix, Nelson, and their crew took care of dinner and club reservations, grocery runs, bartender and food for partying at the property, transportation, activities like paragliding and ATV touring. There's a lot more I'm probably forgetting, seeing that I'm just now reemerging from what was one of the greatest extended weekends I've had in some time. Beyond everything they did for us, Felix and Nelson were super responsive at just about all hours or the day and night both before and during the trip. Would I stay here again? In a heartbeat. Medellín has to be one of the best cities in the world for a bachelor party or any other kind of guys trip, and Poblado Luxury Suites might be the best place to stay - and team to work with - in Medellín. I write this with perhaps the strongest recommendation I've ever left...

What more can be said than, this stay has exceeded my expectations and risen my standard of stay from here on out. I came for a Bachelor party and almost stayed because of the service. The location is prime dollar with the party being less than 4 minutes away via taxi or 5 mins walking. The house itself or should I say palace was laid out perfectly from the private bathrooms to the plentiful of kitchens to keep our bottles of alcohol cold. The house itself made me forget that I even traveled out of the United States, embarrassingly the wifi was better here than my home in the states!! Aside from the home and the prime location the service was unbelievable, Felix and Nelson were genies with every request we had no matter the time or day! The After party's mimicked if not exceeded Miami after party's. Not to mention the Jacuzzi’s made things just that much more fun.
