McDonald's Finikoudes — Restaurant in Larnaca

Went in to order breakfast for me and my friend once time took the order the whole order was completely wrong so had to cancel refund then reorder again and it was still wrong first order was halloumi muffin just muffin they ordered a meal and second order was a big breakfast which comes with coffee I ask for milk and sugar they didn’t give me milk or sugar so had to walk back to get some after went back to have my breakfast there was no hash brown in the order which comes with the meal I phone McDonald’s they want me to walk back second time to collect which I didn’t I have arthritis walk twice is already making my knees hurt a lot counter staff don’t speak English so she make a lot of mistakes with the order reorder the manager took the order which was also wrong Larnaca finikoudes is one of the mean bus stop for tourists to get around and catch buses to other city and mostly nearly every tourist speak but the McDonald’s both couldn’t understand very to make thing worst the first counter staff laugh in my face when I went back for milk and sugar and by the time I get to eat my breakfast was stone cold if it was in England I would have done something already to that stupid counter staff that doesn’t even know how to take a order and the manager should running the restaurant think she haven’t got a clue how to run a restaurant and train her staff very rude staff McDonald’s need to retrain their staff and manager if Burger King do breakfast I would never go...

As a McDonald’s connoisseur, I was very disappointed at this branch. I was there 4 times in 4 days, and: Always screwed up my order, like no extra bacon or adding things I removed from my burgers. Lied to me about my takeaway package containing salt and the condiments I asked for, despite me asking to make sure. Literally I was shut up rudely for even asking so they could go back to chatting. ☹️ (Photo) they press “order ready” or “now serving” almost immediately after you order, so their branch KPIs look good. So they deliver stuff with 0 speed.

Overall, it’s not the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to, but definitely amongst the worst. Disappointed. Even their electronic order kiosks had software bugs 🤪 not coming back. It’s best to just walk and choose any of the many restaurant in the area.

I'm trying to find words to describe the experience we had there, but only one is suitable: RACISM.

We came with our two toddlers. After placing our order, we went to search for a table. An employee saw us and asked if we needed a place to sit. We said yes. So far, so good, right?

NO!

He walked to one of the booths and demanded in a hideous and extremely rude manner that they would leave the table immediately. He claimed that the booths are for families. We were shocked. They were very upset - as they should be!

So, where is the racism?
