Pizzeria 485° — Restaurant in Larnaca

The restaurant is located at the close proximity to the Church of Lazarus and the Finikoudes Beach in the hidden courtyard with hotels and other restaurants.

We were there on Sunday evening. Our table was cleaned immediately and the waiter was very helpful asking if we need any help with the QR menu.

I’ve chosen Genovese Pizza with extra prosciutto and my husband ordered Prosciutto e Rucola Pizza with extra buffalo mozarella. We were both very pleased with our pizzas. They were perfectly baked and seasoned, with high quality ingredients.

Service was amazing- our table was wiped when we sat to it, drinks order taken and served quickly. Waiter was very helpful and was paying attention to all of the tables in the restaurant making sure nobody had to wait for anything.

Incomprehensible how it can happen that this pizzeria serves such poor quality than 4 years ago. 4 years ago it was the best pizzeria in Larnaca city and we ate there regularly. Due to circumstances, moving and covid, I haven't eaten there for a long time, today March 16, 2024, I visited again. They now also serve alcohol, but the pizza we ordered was terribly bad. The Bianca, €14.50, with different types of cheese had no taste at all, you could not taste any type of cheese, only the mushrooms. The marinara extra, €10.00, with anchovies had so little fish that it could not be found on the pizza. According to the waitress, there was no other owner than 4 years ago, but I still think that a different chef prepared this, but he can't cook it. Ordered twice from this place and we enjoyed their Italian pizzas since our favorite Italian restaurant is temporarily closed. The dough is extremely light and airy but we had a few disappointing conclusions after our meals. The Genovese was very bland in taste which is very surprising since the base is pesto sauce. The Burrata pizza was good but it also lacked some flavor (maybe some balsamico) I took the liberty to add some black pepper and olive oil on it. The burrata itself was very creamy and generous. Our favorite pizzas are the Prosciutto e funghi and the one with ruccola and crudo prosciutto (those were the most flavorful). The dolce as a dessert with nutella amd mascarpone is great too.
