The worst Chinese food we’ve ever had. The service was rubbish as well.

We were completely ignored for 15 minutes then when the lady came over to take our order, she could only take food orders and asked us to ask the Chinese boy for drinks… go figure.

Anyway, we ordered spring rolls, special chow mien, sweet and sour pork and fried rice.

The sweet and sour pork was rank. It had a horrible after taste. There was absolutely nothing special about the chow mein. The meat was wafer thin. The veg was rock hard and it was swimming in sesame oil. There was no soy sauce to flavour the dish.

The spring rolls were completely filled with old oil. We both bit into them at the same time and oil spewed out running down our arms.

The whole experience was just rubbish… the lady waitress who couldn’t take drinks orders, the Chinese boy didn’t have a clue and both ignored us when they noticed we only had a mouthful each and pushed the plates to the side.

Thankfully, either the owner or the manager noticed when he made an appearance… he came straight over to ask if everything was okay and we explained we weren’t happy with the food. He asked us what was wrong exactly, we explained and he said we didn’t have to pay for the food.

We paid for our drinks and left some extra cash but we left hungry and totally disappointed. We were really looking forward to a tasty Chinese meal but this was a huge let down.

It seems everyone goes for the set menus when here rather than ordering from the menu… we spoke to a few others in our hotel about our experience to see if it was just us that thought it was bad and most people said it wasn’t great and left disappointed.

We went to this restaurant as a family of 6 and the food was awful.

Tasteless food and drinks were not cold.

We complained to the staff on site and they gave us free ice cream and tea at the end however charged the full amount at the end.

The chicken was not cooked properly and salt overdose is the correct word to describe the food.

Now this is where the fun starts. We arrive back at our hotel an hour after eating and all 6 of us VOMITTED the contents of our meal out and didn’t feel right after the meal regardless.

Upon calling the restaurant the owner then proceeded to be very rude on the phone, not concerned and said “get a doctor, show it was me” then we can talk.

Absolute disgrace to paphos. I will be contacting the Cypriot Food and health...

Came here for a meal this evening. We picked from one of the set menus and was pleasantly surprised. Being a fussy eater I sometimes find it hard to have a choice however the man who waited on us was very happy to let me swap around some food included in the set menu that I didn’t think I could eat. Food was served at a good pace and served hot! Very generous portions so much so that we could not eat it all. Very friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. There was an older lady sat on her own opposite us who asked the waiter to order her a Taxi back to her hotel. He very kindly offered to take her back in his car free of charge.
