Amazing experience! We went there with my wife to celebrate our engagement anniversary. And we were blown away. Inside space is just stunning. Perfect atmosphere to have a nice intimate dinner. Exactly what we were looking for our celebration. Our waiter was just incredible and he took perfect care of us. Very helpful, always smiling and near by if we needed anything. My wife doesn’t speak Czech so the gentleman served us in English even tho he didn’t have to. Which was really appreciated and it make the visit even more enjoyable. Unfortunately I didn’t ask for his name which I’ll make sure I do next time I visit (he said that he is the one who decides what wine are gonna be on the wine list - maybe that help to narrow him down). His knowledge was fascinating and his recommendations were exactly what we were looking for. For the food we had the steak which was a special that day, his recommendation, and it was one of the best steaks I had in my life! Cooked to perfection, very nice selection of sides plus he offered side of sautéed mushrooms, which wasn’t even on the menu! But he offered it to us anyway. We had an incredible evening. This restaurant is a small piece of heaven in Brno. Our holiday in Brno is totally elevated by the dinning experience in this restaurant. Everything is just perfect. We went without a reservation and it was medium busy, the place is absolutely stunning with its wooden classic and tasteful deco, the waiters are perfectly helpful and friendly.

I ordered the beef tartar for starter and a small pasta for main, then had a very nice mint tea. Everything I ordered tasted great and fresh, the chef obviously know what he is doing.

We spent around 70 euros for 2 people, with 2 courses and some alcohol. It is bit pricy compare to other restaurant in Brno, but it is an experience not to be missed in Brno. I can't wait to go back again!...

Unquestionably five stars. Heartwarming lunch throughout. Aside from the fresh seafood and my personal favourite side - the roasted potatoes - I was mightily impressed with the exceptional service here, especially from David and the team. That alone made you feel like you were dining in a Michelin starred restaurant! David went above and beyond his duties, as far as advising us where we can park during winter and even making sure we had coins to pay for the parking. He also went to check with the hotel reception on extra information for us.
