Absolutely horrible service. Incredibly rude waitresses, both of them we had the misfortune to speak to. Nobody came to us even though they could see we were standing waiting for a while. Neither did they help or explain about a high chair for our baby. Eventually we went upstairs and sat at the table and when we asked a question of the waitress about what they were serving she raised her hands in a flicking motion and walked away. No sorry, smile or explanation. We were gobsmacked. Having seen the food it was also pretty horrible looking. I'm Italian and have never seen such a disgusting looking risotto as I saw there, with a mass of crude prosciutto on the top. As other reviewers have noted, kitchen hygiene we witnessed was not good. Other pasta dishes also looked quite disgusting. Would definitely NOT recommend this place, they don't deserve anyone's...

Cute little spot, with a butchers & a restaurant that has multiple branches here in Brno. Despite home made pasta, the carbonara was dry and the pasta was so thick it felt like there wasn't any sauce. If the pasta was a little thinner it would have made a whole world of a difference, since the sauce itself was delicious! The lasgna was unfortunately dry, which it usally isn't so it just must have been a bad day. We didn't get offered any additonal parmigiano which was a little strange since it is an italian restaurant. The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff was alright. For a quick lunch it's a great spot, but I'd pass it if it's mean to be anything anniversary related! Hope next time we visit, we'll have a better...

I was today, like I go there often since I work nearby.

The waiters generally are very slow and rude. But today it went to a next level. Not only was I ignored for 20-25 minutes, but when I asked for attention the waiter came, took the cutlery from my place and left in shame. I could see she didn't want to confront me but she could use some basic customer service skills to apologize for the mistake of ignoring me for so long. So I left without eating today. My lunch break was ruined because of the incompetence of the staff.

Again, this isn't the first time and I was a regular client. Truly wild...
