Vegan AF Ramen — Restaurant in okres Brno-město

The best restaurant in Brno for everyone who likes anime and Japan in general. I liked the small pots put on the tables with white sand it. Everyone can play with their small garden and style it to their liking. Also the light under the ceiling looks stunning. I really appreciate the variety of meals that the place offers, but it's very possible that I'm just already too used to a regular ramen or non-vegetarian meals. I tried peanut-based ramen and it wasn't the best option for me. The soup was more like a sauce to me and I could imagine it with some rice as a side dish. Plus the dish might be too heavy for your digestion, due to amount of eaten peanuts. The next time I'll try something else. We need this in Prague! Finally a place in Czech republic with fantastic creamy vegan ramen! I went for late lunch and got the terror ramen which was made with a creamy soup base with peanuts and some mince “meat”. It is advertised as spicy but I would say that it is just mildly spicy so don’t be afraid of it. The broth was very flavorful and if you let the noodles soak in it for like 5 minutes it even thickens a bit and makes the dish even better in my opinion. Noodles are well cooked and the crispy onion on top are delicious. I personally would prefer tofu over the soy mince as the soy mince got kind of lost in the soup. I would also like more veggies like mushrooms and some broccoli to freshen it up. But still I loved it! Would definitely come back. Water is complimentary which I highly appreciate. This place was incredible! So many great options for food. We ordered many different items and there was not a food we did not like! The edamame was probably the best I’ve ever had. My new favorite ramen place!! I couldn’t decide which ramen bowl was my favorite between the Miso Daddy Bbq and the Terror Tantanmen! There is something for everyone here! I couldn’t get enough of the food! We ended up ordering 3 plates of the mochi ice cream because it was so good! The atmosphere and overall vibe here is sweet. There is cloud ceilings and neon signs with anime art. They also had a relaxing moving picture in the background that was just nice to look at! The servers were so nice and accommodating!
