Da Pietro Grill - Burger & Steak — Restaurant in okres Plzeň-město

Very disappointing. We went there based on the recommendations of "best burger ever". We ordered Tartufo burger and Bienvenuti in Italia burger and it was okay. Just okay, nothing special, the meat maybe even little bit tasteless. Staff quite friendly but seemed to have low knowledge of some products, mainly wines. Now we get to the main problem - they only serve here authentic (natural) wines. I am a big wine enthusiast but wines in this restaurant were horrible. This is not for the ordinary customers, neither for wine fans. . How can it be possible to serve in the grill restaurant only natural wines, not even one conventional (standard) wine? When we thought of getting a beer instead we were told there is not a draft beer. Come on! What shall we drink here to pair with the food if they do not have any good wine or beer? Last comment - their "wine list" is a joke, you cannot find there any usefull information about the wine which could help you to choose one. But anyway, we have tasted 4 different wines and all were awful - so it seems it does not matter which one you choose :D Never again. While strolling through Pilsen my friends and I looked for a place to sit down and have a couple of drinks. The restaurant is well located in the pedestrian zone of Pilsen and it was a warm and sunny afternoon, we decided to sit outside. After some time we got hungry and we asked the waiter whether he can recommend some starter plates to us. He brought us an excellent range of starters and as we were convinced by the food and the service we asked for a table for dinner, too. Even though the restaurant was fully booked, our waiter found a way to squeeze us in and we had a fantastic dinner. Our experience here was delightful and definitely worth it. We had great time and excellent food which we really enjoyed. The food was delicious and they allow you to order from pizza menu as well so we tried both restaurnts that are next to each other. Service was great and they will take good care of you. It was super crowded but we managed to find a table. I had pizza with Bresaola and it was tasty and the dough was light and airy. It transports you right to Italy. Desserts were amazing and I do not remember when we had a better one last time. Inside you can see how the grill is prepared and there are sitting places as well so it is experience of its own.
