Visited begin November as couple. Service was slow. Drink was good. Cakes are individual. We ordered a Matcha (Motcha) drink along with two cakes from the counter.

While the service was prompt in taking our order, the delivery took longer than expected, especially considering the cakes were already at the counter. (3/5)

The Motcha itself was decent, but it lacked sugar. The Matcha flavor was quite intense and the drink felt a bit dry. Even when sugar was added, it didn't significantly improve the taste, but a little bit. (4/5)

However, the cakes were a different story. The raspberry cake was delightful, striking a perfect balance between sweetness and tartness. The cream on top had the ideal consistency, complementing the flavors well. (5/5) On the other hand, the chocolate cake started off well, but towards the end, it became a bit too greasy for my liking. (3/5)

In terms of ambience, the coffee shop was decent, although nothing particularly fancy or unique. It provided a pleasant setting for a relaxed afternoon, especially if you choose to sit outside. However, I would recommend visiting during moderate weather when it's neither too cold nor too hot. (4/5)

I was very impressed by my visit and happy I decided to stop in. Everything was perfect. Probably one of the best brunches I have ever had. The blueberry pancakes were delicious - better than I expected. And they looked amazing, too. I got the maracuja mango mimosa and it was also delicious and beautiful to look at with the flower petals on top. The butterfly pea latte was a surprise to me. I've never had one before and found it to be the perfect amount of sweet and slightly spicy? Anyways, it was great. Awful experience. the attitude of the staff to the guests is terrible. they will not greet you at the entrance, but will rudely yell at you and tell you to take a table. while all the tables are dirty and there is nowhere to sit. then you will wait 10 minutes for the menu, and another 10 minutes you will wait for ordering. When I asked him to be more pleasant and to smile to the visitors he answered that he is tired. So my advice is totake a break or to tell your employees this, not to me.
