360pizza — Restaurant in Prague

They used to be a good place but after the staff change, their pizza is usually undercooked, not cut properly, soggy and overall looking ugly. They usually mess up orders and look annoyed when i don't want the pizza I didn't order. This month they managed to prepare the pizza wrong every time I went there. The last time I was there with a friend, we ordered two pizzas, some black haired lady put sour cream on his, which he didn't order and actually hates, because he's lactose intolerant, she tried to push him to take it and when he didn't, the lady looked angry and glared us the whole time. My pizza got cold by the time they slowly prepared his. And it was still undercooked. The new staff is rude and the customer service and food quality is getting worse and I don't recommend this...

Self service -order via machine which was very simple, has a built in translator so could order in English. Drinks weren't quite so easy, ordered and paid by same machine, but there was then a drink machine on the desk so was unclear if you get your own etc. We tried but couldn't make it work. Server behind the desk just ignored us. Waited for our pizzas and she put bottles of drinks on our trays (so no idea what the machine and cups are for on the desk). Pizzas were lovely, freshly made, hot and very tasty. Good value and super quick! Biggest down side was not being able to pay in cash. Didn't want to keep using my card abroad, but in a number of places now we've had no choice as its been card only. Would def visit...

The pizza was just ok, not great, but not bad either. The place is nice and having fresh basil on the table is a nice touch. One very BAD thing they did during my visit: We ordered two pizzas with celozrnné (whole-wheat) crust. I saw how the whole wheat crust was falling apart - they threw away 3 pizza doughs during preparation because it kept on breaking or was mis-shapen. They ended up making the pizzas with regular crust. I would have understood if they would have told us, BUT they NEVER informed us, they just gave us the pizzas without telling us that they changed the crust. I didn't say anything because we were hungry and didn't want to wait any longer to eat, BUT no, they didn't care...
