Not tourist friendly at all, first of all one of the servers printed our bill and instead if a 109 czk price for one of our drinks she put 160! We asked a bartender about it and luckily he fixed it. However our total was 218 but the one server told us it wasn’t possible to pay with card at all, then we asked the bartender again because we had seen the pos and he said yes we can but only for orders above 300, then he had to go and we asked the first server again and she said no, only for orders above 500. She told us there was an atm in the bar that we could use, however you couldn’t pick an amount for less than 1000 czk and the next step was that it also would take an additional 115 czk for commission!! We asked the lady again if we could just pay the 300 with card and get it over with and she didn’t respond really, so we went back to the first bartender and paid 300 for our 218 czk of drink. Definitely not safe option for LGBT+ people. Yesterday, we just got attacked there only because some tipsy man didn’t like me and my boyfriend sitting there. Yes - this could happen anywhere BUT Once we reported attack to waitress, she literally said “she doesn’t know what to do with that” and let the guy stay in the other part of the venue. I strogly belive the security was informed to, however there was no action. Afterwards as reaction to that, we called police since I saw it as extremely disrespectful approach from staff, but nothing get resolved as offender left the club after my call. I would just expect more involvement of staff and kick out the offender directly after attack, not pretending the problem never occurred and move him to next room. Really bad experience! Hello. I’ve never been there but I live across the street and have a problem. Just saw that you guys answer all reviews so maybe you can help me out: almost every night noisy customers of your Bar step outside and hang out at your door screaming very loudly. In this exact moment there is a group of about 20 males screaming, singing, jumping, etc. This has been going on for half an hour now. Impossible to sleep. It is almost midnight. This has happened before many times in the last month and in different hours, earlier and later. Please if you can keep an eye on this and keep them off the street you will have a happy neighbor who would like to avoid calling the police :) (if the door and sidewalk of your club is not your jurisdiction just tell me how to deal with it...
