The place seems to exist solely to ruin your mood. The service is extremely slow. The female baristas just stand around chatting with each other while a massive queue forms. They have absolutely no idea how to make coffee. I ordered a flat white, but the foam was so thick it felt like I had ordered a proper latte. When I was leaving the café, even though I said goodbye to the staff twice, I was completely ignored.
I also got a bun with gorgonzola, which was displayed next to a bacon and cheese bun. I thought it would probably be savory as well, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a disgusting sweet-and-savory pastry covered in an excessive amount of spices. The spices were crunchy, burned my mouth, and didn’t pair at all with the delicate cheese. It’s simply impossible to eat because of the amount of seeds and spices. It was a complete disappointment. I’m in shock. I wouldn’t recommend...

The place looks already appealing from the outside but for unknown reasons, we never stop here. Until now. The place has a huge selection of croissants deeply filled with chocolate (both cream and pieces inside) hazelnut spread or simply plain or almonds, other varieties of cinnamon sweets and local pastries. I tried many all over the world and these ones are really on another level 😋😍 You can also get coffee on the go, bread and focaccia and have sandwiches as well (if I'm not wrong) The only small downside is that there is not a real place to sit as this place would be 10x more popular! Despite that, I won't take away any points as the food, service and atmosphere are spot on! If you want to treat yourself for something great look no further as this place has some real delicious food ready for you to...
Read moreMy boyfriend went out in the morning to get fresh croissants to make croissants with mozzarella and tomato. We’ve always gotten fresh croissants from Arctic Bakehouse, and they’ve always been delicious and crispy. However, this time we were very disappointed, the croissant we were given was not fresh at all. It was clearly from the day before. As regular customers, we know what your fresh croissants taste like — flaky, crispy, and full of that perfect bakery texture. The one we got in the morning was soft, stale, and didn’t crumble or flake like a fresh croissant should.
Honestly, we didn’t expect this from such a well-known bakery in the center. It really ruined the experience for us, and we’ve lost the desire to come back. Very...
