Delmart — Local services in Prague

I am writing my review as a complaint as we shop here as well on Thamova very often. Delmart constantly has same problem with the billing system, mostly with the discounts they have. In 90% of cases the discount never applied and we have to ask lady to add it, which takes more time from us every time we shop here, some times like today it took us 10 extra minutes before we finally managed to go out. Now they have 100kc discount coupon if you buy above 500Kc and again, it was not added, even if I explicitly highlighted it to the lady at the cash desk. It took us 10 extra minutes to explain to ladies, that the discount was not applied (they assumed it did, even it was clearly not, it was not shown on the bill). It is not about getting discounts, it is just every day negative experience and that we have to check our bills constantly and have a bitter feeling that we were fooled. The female old woman staff charged us one of the bought items DOUBLE!!!! 🤮 She did it on purpose!!!! When I checked the receipt and pointed out the double counted item, another staff came to us and RUDELY throw the over charged cash to me‼️ Then she told me to leave👎🏻

I have never seen a thing like this! Very disappointed🤮 I did nothing wrong but being rudely treated.

Great shop with better quality food for reasonable prices. It's not a typical czech supermarket, they have quite different food (English like I would say). The environment is nice and clean.
