Went there for a family gathering, party of 5. Service was nice until food arrived from the kitchen: my burger wasn’t exactly hot (I asked to cut and some of the heat was lost there, so it’s ok), the classic burger was also not exactly hot (explanation from the service “we use cold ingredients and that’s why is not hot”), and another burger had the top burned. All of us looked at it and we could smell the burn, asked the waitress for a change and the manager (I guess) came with 3 other buns to “prove that all our buns are the same”, he made us all smell them (I wonder if you served them after?) and insisted on saying that “I can’t smell anything”. Honestly, the person with the faulty meal felt so humiliated and embarrassed by the lecture. After a few back and forth another burger came, it was ok, and the same guy came to ask if everything was ok: we all felt that the tone was quite arrogant and he was about to give another lecture on “how we make burgers”. At this point I asked him to leave, as we were gathered to enjoy a meal, and not be lectured on how perfect the process is and feeling even more embarrassed. He apologised, left, we paid our bill in full and left too.

I would like to give this testimony as a motivation to work on how you want to resolve conflicts: your food is very good, but it’s statistical that sometimes it doesn’t come out perfect (you’re not McDonald’s after all, right?), so when there’s a mistake, making the customer feel like an idiot is not the way to make them come back. I hope you won’t take this too hard, but I do feel the need to share it because for us it was an unpleasant experience and I really do hope that can be a learning...

I liked the place, the vibe was chill and the waitress was super nice but I'm a vegetarian and there is no option on the daily menu. My friends were able to get their good price for lunch and I paid double for my meal thanks to my commitment on this problem. I hope they take this into consideration and don't penalize people who choose to complicate their lives to improve the environment. Greetings :) Ah! I'll make it clear again that the waitress was excellent!

ps: I feel your enormous discomfort. If you don't want to understand it, I can't do anything about it. I've spoken very well of your place and your waitress. Reviewing the ego is a beautiful exercise that we should all incorporate into our lives. My review is a gift if you hadn't thought about it before, for me it is a way of life and in 2024 there should be no doubt that if there are two options, one should be vegan. Luckily my pillow...

We came as a group of 6 people for dinner on Friday evening. The place is not very big, good that we called in advance. The menu doesn’t have a lot of options, this is how you know that you are in a good place :D The burger was PERFECT for my taste. The good quality meet, perfect bun (not hard and not to soft to fall apart)… wow, oh wow! I shared half and half with my friend, we took one Veggie (with raclette cheese) burger and one Onion. Both were great! Also, we both took fries on beef tallow. They were cooked perfectly as well.

Overall, it was really nice. The staff was VERY friendly. VERY! It’s been a while since I’ve seen such positive attitude in Prague. If you guys can keep the enthusiasm, you will have a lot of success!

Tip: Please book in advance to secure your table. The place was packed, and people were coming.

The prices are higher, but for me it...

Great burger place, just outside the old city centre. A few, clean options for burger, most of them classic, a couple more alternative, all of the appealing. The drinks are "no-frills", got a red pepper negroni and a cucumber gin tonic. The taste was simple but nice (the negroni was quite strong) and the drinks arrived pretty quickly. The burgers took quite longer, presumably because the order was fairly large - the only minus point of this visit. The burgers arrived wrapped along with a pack of gloves - which I considered a pleasant surprise. The taste was great (I tried the onion one), leaning on the salty side, and the same went for the fries (cooked in beef tallow). Service was good, we could order in English without a problem and everyone was very polite. I'd easily come back again if I visited Prague, better book a table in advance as the place filled up quick.
