Na Hradcanske Restaurant — Restaurant in Prague

This was my favorite restaurant in Prague, I found it the 2nd day and came here to eat dinner 2 times and once for lunch. The staff was very friendly, even though the English wasn't perfect you could see they really try to serve you well. I tried the goulash soup, the schnitzel, the pork knuckle and the pancake with blueberries dessert. They were all very delicious! The pork knuckle was the best pork knuckle I have eaten in my life, the meat came off so easily and the skin was crispy and eatable (not too hard like in other restaurants). Though the service was a little slow, it was worth the wait. The prices were fair for the portion size. Would be nice if a diabetic option were available (meat, cheese, and some common veggies (green beans, green peas, even corn or carrots) but without bread, chips (maybe veggie chips would be good) and other high carb things, etc. (And lower salt would even be nicer), but the food was good and hot. The food was ok, but the service was woeful.

We had a meal and some drinks. Then at around 6:30PM (Friday night) they decided they didn't want to serve outside anymore and rudely told us no more service. Since the inside was full, we had no choice but to leave, even though we intended to stay for a few more drinks and desert.

When I went to pay, the server told me the expected tip. They obviously mistook me as a tourist, but living in Prague for a few years, I know what a normal tip is. Last straw, no tip for them. The waiter then proceeds to tell me that I'm not a good person.

This is the worst I've experienced in my years...
