Ristorante Al Tagliere in Prague is a true slice of Italy in the heart of the city. From the moment you step in, you’re welcomed by an authentic Italian atmosphere—lively conversations, the aroma of fresh ingredients, and a touch of organized chaos that somehow works perfectly.
We ordered two pizzas, and both were absolutely delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors and a great crust. We also shared a small salad, which we adjusted to our taste, and it was a nice complement to the meal. The restaurant offers its own homemade olive oil, which added a special touch to the dishes.
At the end of our meal, we were treated to a glass of their homemade Limoncello. It was stronger than what you might be used to, but incredibly flavorful and the perfect way to finish our dining experience.
The food, service, and atmosphere all made for a great visit. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian dining experience in Prague, we can definitely recommend Ristorante...

We all ended up talking about how amazing the meal was and also how refreshing the generosity and warmness of the staff was even as we continued to new locales throughout the rest of our evening. I know where I’ll be coming the next time I begin to miss Italy (and I hope that’s sooner rather...

From the moment you walk in, it feels like you’ve just stepped onto the set of The Sopranos — in the best possible way. The restaurant has that warm, home-style Italian atmosphere that immediately makes you feel welcome.
The menu offers a great selection of classic Italian dishes, all prepared with genuine homemade recipes. We were already quite full from earlier, but I just had to try the food — so we ordered Tagliatelle Pomodoro (not even on the menu, but they gladly made it for us) and a Bufalina pizza.
The tagliatelle were freshly made, perfectly cooked, and deliciously simple in a rich pomodoro sauce. The pizza was authentic Neapolitan — light, airy dough, top-quality buffalo mozzarella, and fresh basil.
Honestly, you’ll regret walking into a place like this already...
