Riverside bar — Restaurant in Prague

Yesterday we went there to have couple of drinks and burgers. It was the first time for me and will be the LAST for sure. Firstly when we were ordering, I added a gin tonic at the last min, and wanted pay this one with CC, the bartender made a big fuss about it and did not give my change from cash (which I recognized after taking the beers, cause I was quite stressed because of him). I didn't care about it, but there is more! We got the order and one of the burgers was wrong, I simply ordered Classic and Chili burgers and they got me a Chicken burger! I went to explain that the order is not correct. They said something like we are sending the numbers to kitchen, and we cannot do anything with a very impudent behavior. Honestly, they don't care if you get the correct order or not, you should eat whatever they serve, for them customer means nothing basically! They just care about the money they take. It was unbelievable. If the owner sees this message, should arrange a basic beginner course for hospitality and customer service to employees soon, starting with customer should get what they ordered lecture. I suggest you not to go there, as there are many better options with customer service...

This past Saturday, I visited the Riverside Bar in central Prague, and it was an unforgettable experience! As someone who loves cool spots with great drinks, this floating bar exceeded all expectations.

The location is stunning, with the boat offering beautiful views of the city lights reflecting off the river. The atmosphere is chic yet relaxed, perfect for an evening out.

The cocktail menu is fantastic – creative and delicious. Every drink we tried was divine and impressive.

Special shoutout to the petite, energetic waitress who was an absolute star. She was friendly, quick, and made us feel welcome. In contrast, her colleague was slow, unsmiling, and disinterested.

One of the most extraordinary and friendly services I've ever experienced in a bar. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Patrik, in particular, was so humble and genuinely willing to serve us. He went above and beyond what anyone could expect. We were starving and asked if there was anything to eat. There was nothing left except the meal that was meant for him and he shared it with us. The silly thing is, we couldn't tip him enough (even to cover the cost of meal) because the POS machine didn't allow tips beyond the amount we consumed and we had only ordered two simple drinks.
