(Sep2024 Update) - Drinkoteka keeps evolving - getting better & better! So many improvements have been made in the last 18 months…. More: better seating (inside and outside) - improved, relaxed layout for conversations & bottle shopping - and is now available for hosting bottleshares. Highly recommended - will be back again soon.

Nach bisher 4 Tagen in Prag habe ich hier meine Perle. Das lokale Bier habe ich in einigen Bars als sehr hochwertig wahrgenommen. Für Liebhaber von klassischen Pils oder Lager ist Prag unangefochten die Nummer 1 in Europa. Sehr divers, sehr lecker, immer hoppy (also nichts für Personen, die lieber Helles oder Alt trinken). Die Drinkoteka hat mich durch die unterschiedlichen Sorten im Angebot überzeugt. Jedes Bier ein Unikat, jedes Bier bewusst anders. Für die, die unterschiedliche Biere erleben möchte, ist die Drinkoteka meine bisher beste Destination, also wirklich was für Biergenießer. Aus 8 Tap-Bieren suchst du dir deine eigene Perle aus. Bei mir waren es gleich mehrere.

I was looking for a place to buy some Craft Beers to take back to the hotel. Then I found this place. The owner is super kind and knowledgeable. He will find the Beer you want out of the huge selection of tap, canned and bottled Beers. Drinkoteka is centrally located but still off the main stream which makes it a superb place to unwind providing the perfect surrounding for a relaxed chat with a wonderful view of the Moldau and the docks. I must be honest. I like the place somehow. They have a good selection of bottled beers, although they could have more. And there is a good selection of craft beers as well but the place seems to be more tourist oriented and a bit overpriced. 4 stars is not accurate and far enough but I cannot give 5 stars because I reserve it for special places.
