Quite small and uncomfortable tables for 2, was quite hard to move around the chair and the table itself couldn't fit much on it, so it was very tight. Our table was right in the middle of the room and everyone walking past us was very close to touching the table and what's on it, because the distance between the tables is quite small. While helping the table next to us to sit, the waitress had her hair in our plates because her hair was so long and she simply didnt notice it when turning around. It felt weird and uncomfortable having 3 waiters standing around the table and talking between each other and other customers, the atmosphere was immediately less enjoyable. As to service: 4 out of 5 meals that we ordered were brought to us twice in the span of 10 minutes — I assume they made a mistake and by accident registered every single meal twice, and every single time we had received our food, they would try to give it to us again a few minutes later 😃 Food was unfortunately nothing special and tasted bland: lamb chops were dry and they were definitely cooked earlier during the day and just warmed up for us, there was also just 3 of them small ones which is quite weird since it's a tapas concept and if they're shared then why not an even amount? Shrimps were a bit too salty to our liking, potatoes were too soft or overcooked and I think the only thing that was 5/5 was a goat cheese. Had a reservation for 7 people for last Friday, this is by far the worst service I have ever experienced. Firstly we didn't get menus for about 20 minutes after sitting down. We only received three menus for 7 people which is just ridiculous. No drinks or even water was served we had to get up and go to the bar to ask for it ourselves. The waiter kindly explained the menu, and that was the last of his kindness. Our food was brought out at extremely delayed intervals one dish per every 20 to 30 minutes which completely defeats the point of having tapas. One guest ordered stake it took almost two hours before he got his food, no apology for the wait, just blaming him that because he ordered al la carte it would take longer. Why not explain this to your customers when they order instead of lying that the food will be out in ten minutes after asking multiple times. Plates were not cleared at all whilst we waited for our last dishes only to be served RAW lamb chomps which is just a clear health code violation and could have made us extremely ill.
