Went here with my family, 2 girls age 2 and 4, husband and the girls’ grandmother. Waiter was “off”. Didn’t take our order until looong time of waiting. We asked a question about the goat cheese. She told us she did not know, then just stood there. We kindly asked her to then go check with the personel in the kitchen and she said “well okay” and did so. Then when drinks were delivered she placed all of it at one place on our table right in front of our 2-year-old. Cider, beer and sodas. And then started to divide it in between us as our young one tried to get a taste of each drink (unsuccessful but stressful to us parents). Same thing when food was delivered. In general the staff paid little to no attention to us or whenever we needed anything. Only 3 tables were occupied at this time in the whole restaurant.
We noticed guests being annoyed by the door to the restrooms that kept staying open every time someone entered the restrooms.
Staff noticed as well but did nothing about it. Just stayed in the bar.
When done eating they did not come to the table to clear it. Music was extremely loud and playlist awful / not very frenchy cafe atmosphere.
Our girls behaved very well and we enjoyed ourselves as a family. But not one staff not even the manager raised their head and said goodbye or thank you to us when leaving. Simply ignored every single guest.
Food was allright though. But the whole atmosphere and the service in general was just totally off. As if every staff member...

I visited Breto Creperie after seeing rave reviews about their pistachio crepe on Google. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was disappointed to find that pistachio wasn't an option on the menu.
However, the friendly staff helped me choose an alternative, and I ended up trying the caramelized banana crepe with hazelnut spread. It tasted amazing!
The only downside was that I had to take it to go, which slightly diminished the experience. The ambiance of the creperie itself was actually quite lovely, and I wished I could have enjoyed my crepe there.
Overall, while Breto Creperie didn't quite meet my expectations, the staff's friendliness and the delicious crepe made up for it.
