Fontana Di Trevi — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

Called in here as we were staying nearby and each time we passed it had been closed. We were informed upon arrival that they shut at 10pm but didn't realise how strict they were on this! Despite this being a restaurant, we waited for table service and there was none. Once our order was placed at the till we were called back to collect our food when it was ready. The food itself was nice and a good portion size but we were basically told to hurry up halfway through our meal as they were waiting to close. We were unable to enjoy the atmosphere or, indeed, the meal due to the pressure put on by staff. If they are so strict on closing times, they should consider restricting final order times to perhaps 9pm so people don't...

Wow I wasn't expecting to be leaving this review as I hadn't planned on visiting here. I stayed at the hotel 100m away and after struggling to decide on somewhere to eat and not wanting to walk far I just stopoed and called in. The price was what drew me in Friendly greeting. Fontana describes itself as Italian gastronomy, it is backed up with excellent pizza, salads, sandwiches and homemade tiramisu. Their prices are reasonable, service is good and the turnaround time is fast, even at lunch and dinner times, it doesn't take long before your order is ready. There is also the possibility to eat at the establishment, but this can only be recommended when there is few people in the pizzeria, despite the fact that the place is larger than most...
