I went with a simple margherita and I know that this kind of pizza doesn't come with a wide variety of flavor but it was fairly disappointing for me, compared to other sourdough pizzas I had before. Sadly this one did not perform well in comparison. The tomato sauce was a little bland and boring and tasted more like watered down tomato purree and was lacking flavor and I would recommend to add a bit of herb/oregano to it. The dough was fluffy, soft and good but my suggestion would be to add just a tiny bit more salt to your dough mix as it also tasted slightly plain. So for me it wasn't that great but on a side note, my wife loved every bite of her spinach and goat cheese pizza so we'll give it a total of 3 stars with room for improvement.
