I was thinking about the restaurants name, why One Ten? After finishing my dessert I concluded that could mean only one thing; number one restaurant that deserves 10/10 score. I love Gastronomy, wherever I travel I always search for the best, and I will write this most sincerely, this is the best restaurant that I have ever been. I always appreciate the effort at the restaurants but talent is something else and deserve another category rather then only high scores. Talent deserves praise. Compliments to the master chefs Sandra and Bjorn, we enjoyed the greatest, the most enjoyable and the most delicious dinner so far. I had a few fine dining experiences but this menu surpassed them by far. From the first morsel you put into your mouth you are enlightened with high quality ingredients and the elegancy in the cooking. Starters just melt in your mouth leaving juicy aftertaste. Braised lamb was very good but Tenderloin was out of this world. The best cut of meat I ever had, perfectly cooked, braised outside but juicy inside. And Master Bjorn had taken the presentation to another level and prepared the sauce just near our table while explaining the subtleties of creating the perfect sauce. He is a very intellectual, humorous and lovely person, and the staff is also amazing; doing their utmost just to make your night enjoyable and memorable. On that point, we will never forget this dinner experience, it was simply the best. Nothing experimental like most other fine dining places, but solid, time-proven and perfected recipes. All I have to say is that you're completely wrong, there was only 2 of us sitting at a table that night and we are not who you say we are. You have either got us mixed up with another table which is hilarious, or you're fabricating some bizarre story to defend yourself? I don't really understand it. But anyways, I'm doubling down on everything I've said and you guys clearly have some issues... personally, mentally, I'm not really sure. Weird strange behaviour from a restaurant owner. Pretty awful restaurant experience… where to begin? Bread basket is so mediocre. Had better bread in all of the cafes I’ve been to in Copenhagen. It’s like the bread you get served on an airplane. Starter was fine. Now here’s where the problems begin, the main course. Ordered a steak and since they insist on cooking part of it table side, with one poor waitress looking after 5 tables aswell as cooking the starters and the mains… you can’t catch her attention for anything. She’ll forget your drink order, take 20 mins to remove your plates and get your bill. On top of that, you’ll receive one measly bowl of boring new potatoes to share. The steak is so average it hurts. Read more(I have just received a reply to this review, very confused as I was here with my boyfriend and none of what this person is saying is true. We didn't harrass anyone or make racist remarks ?! Just an honest review... very bizarre reaponse- we didn't ask for a discount- we didn't set out to sabotage the night... we had our food and left and didn't speak to anyone except our waitress whilst there... we were genuinely just very disappointed by our experience. Its a shame you feel the need to lie rather than except criticism from paying customers)
We saved this restaurant for our final meal in Copenhagen after reading all the glowing reviews, but unfortunately, it was a real disappointment. The place was full, with only one waitress working, and she seemed completely overwhelmed. Other staff were just chatting instead of helping, which didn’t help the situation.
The biggest letdown, though, was the food-very bland overall. The steak had little flavour apart from the sauce, which mostly just tasted like alcohol. We were also surprised to get only three small potatoes each, especially when the table next to us (with just two people) received a much larger portion.
