What an amazing experience! Unforgettable visit in this small authentic restaurant. Chef Azim prides himself in creating beautiful sushi using only the freshest organic ingredients. We have had the chance to discuss his approach and were impressed with his dedication to purchasing each of his ingredients from sustainable sources. Sashimi was exquisit. We have had a lot of sushi in many countries over the years, but this restaurant goes way above anything else we have had before. No bells or whistles, just authentic, delicate flavors, beautiful classic presentation and surprisingly affordable food. Chef Azim's technique is flawless. If you are looking for exceptional sushi in Copenhagen, don't miss this hidden gem and don't be afraid to wait for a seat to open, it is well worth the wait. We would gladly go across the globe once more to visit...

I went in this place with 2 of my friends and I asked for the toilet before ordering anything. First, the 'owner' I suppose, suspected me for only using their toilet and not wanting to order anything. Second, when I got back and my friends ordered some wakame salad and I tasted it, my teeth/gums were all 'frozen' (it was definitely just taken out from the freezer). Third, when I wanted to order a bowl of miso soup, he asked me not to order until me and my friends know what to have for drinks as well. Otherwise he would need to go back and forth to grab the orders.

If you want a welcoming place to eat,...

Came in with 4 adults and 4 kids, the place was quite empty (2 customers in the corner). Asked to see the menu. The server at the counter was extremely aggressive and rude, told us to speak quietly. When we asked for any specials or discounts, the man said that we looked like we couldn't afford this place and should consider a pizzeria across the street.

For the record, this definitely didn't look like a posh / luxury place, just a dark basement spot with...

I’ve now been there twice already since discovering it by accident, and both times were a delicious pleasure! The quality of the food is amazing, you can taste it! I’m still dreaming of the wasabi-mayonnaise - not only to have it with the tempura shrimp but I also used it for the rolls and just wow! It is on the more expensive side of sushi places in Copenhagen, but so worth it! The restaurant itself if quite small which gives it an even more authentic feel!

The best sushi I have ever had! Wow! The owner was such a nice man and all of the ingredients were so fresh and delicious we ordered the nigiri set and the strawberry salmon maki. All of the nigiri were unique and very flavorful. The maki were outstanding such a great combination of flavours, I would highly recommend a visit to everyone.
