Emiliana Italiana Pizza — Restaurant in Frederiksberg Municipality

I wasn’t surprised when I read other reviews—our experience was exactly the same. My wife and I, together with our two sons, waited for half an hour without being served. Then, out of nowhere, the staff member suddenly shouted aggressively: “Please være sød og gå hjem.”

My best guess is that he was overwhelmed, alone, stressed, and lacked basic social skills. It seemed he couldn’t handle that my 4-year-old son was simply playing with a glass of water or speaking a bit louder than him. But none of this justifies kicking us out of the place without serving us.

Other customers were clearly shocked too, and I can now see from other reviews that this kind of behavior happens repeatedly here. It felt extremely rude, inhumane, and full of miscommunication. We asked for a glass of white wine, which he refused to serve—claiming he had no glasses. A few minutes later, he brought us a glass of red wine instead, which we of course refused.

Unbelievable. A place like this shouldn’t exist. We weren’t even served, so I can’t comment on the food quality. But I’m deeply frustrated that someone like this is running a business next to my new home—when it could have been a place that added value to the neighborhood, not one that spreads disrespect...

Dont get confused as the reviews from a year ago are not talking about the new owner of the place as this new place has only been opened for a month Super cozy spot, me and my family stayed at the hotel nearby and have come here twice and each better then the last, very friendly and patient owner working here and was very generous, so nice to talk to. The pizza is just what you need after a long day walking in Copenhagen and I couldn’t recommend coming over to take a take away pizza if you haven’t the time to stay, you wont regret it. While there is limited seating this place is worth stopping by ( we came friday and Saturday...

The restaurant "Emilian Italiana pizza" is a small restaurant mainly for take away. The food was quite good, but the service was horrible. It is oke to miss understand something, but to treat a "customer" like a piece of dirt after some miss understanding on a communication layer ,leave me quite speechless. It is totally understandable to be quite busy during the rush hour, but to speak and talking in different foreign languages (rude words) about me is way to much. The way how foreign be treated against non foreign, is not only racist it is also beyond our time!
