We booked it far in advance to spent a nice evening with colleagues. We got a table in the middle of walking part. Not in the back part or cosy - right on the “all walking through”
And when we ask for the bill - we were said that we can’t split the bill. None of the emails said that you can’t pay from 2 different cards for the bill.
Manager explained that you have only small text somewhere when you tap to accept the booking and it’s not allowed to split the bill. Strict rule!
What if I don’t have this amount of money on my card to pay for the whole table. It’s a normal practice to split the bill in DK or pay from 2 different cards. And we were not related people - not a family, colleagues. Why someone should pay a big amount instead of everyone for himself?
Somehow manager anyway finally offer us to split the bill in 2 amounts and in this case the question is why you can split it on 2x but not on 4-5?
And after we paid the bill we found out that they add extra one cocktail we never ordered and extra glass of wine. With the bill of 2200 - 160dkk charged wrong. This is so looks clear to charge one amount and thinking people won’t check and count.
And we had to take cash back - no refund on the card from where we paid - with refund to the card it will take 10 days til 30 days. What?! Ridiculous
Service is bad, and even manager can’t help with anything.

Read moreNice experience. It's a bit more fancy restaurant but it can still be affordable for Copenhagen price standards.
The environment is great. The low light keeps it very cozy although it is very big space. Not loud even though it's full. Nicely decorated, with an open kitchen concept and comfortable tables and chairs. Good for all ages meetings with friends and families. Also good for couples.
Clean restrooms with possibility of exchanging diapers. Also possible to ask for chairs for younger children.
The service is nice. The polite and friendly waiters speak English. English menu is available as well.
The food taste is good. The portions are a bit small, but the 3 menu courses help. Easy and straightforward menu. The dishes ate delicately and beautifully served. Interesting flavor mixing.
The alcoholic drinks are very expensive, as usual in Copenhagen. In my opinion, so expensive that it's not fun at all to drink. Wine (white wine) was served at room temperature. Tap water is available.
The price of the food is ok for what you get in Copenhagen. They offer a starter, main dish and desert with a progressive price reduction that is an "ok" price for the type of food you get (fancy dishes in a nice restaurant).

Read moreFirst meal in Copenhagen it was not great to be honest the food was okay but just okay.
We were given menus in English that was fine we ordered from the limited menu provided.
The starter came and we had no cutlery to eat the food with we had to ask for cutlery to eat the starter.
The mains came from the limited menu with a side of chips it was okay but the side of chips the bowl had to large fragments from the rim of the bowl missing which were sharp to touch and this is also were bacteria builds up so not very safe or hygienic.
As I said previously we ordered from the limited menus we didn't know there were other menus wasn't until we had ordered we had seen people with food not on our menus that was kind of disappointing as we were not provided with the full menu.
Not once we're we asked if our food was okay it was as I say just okay nothing spectacular seemed to be very busy but not much staff.
It was also my birthday and now wish we picked a better venue as this was certainly not worth the money paid.
I dabbled on if I should say to someone before leaving about the service provided I decided not to and said I would just leave this review instead!
I certainly...
