I have visited your Gammel Kongevej store today at around 11:20 with my boyfriend and my 3 year old son. I am heavily pregnant and really needed to use the toilet, whilst my son wanted a juice. We went in and, whilst my boyfriend ordered a juice for my son, I walked towards the toilet to pee.

For some absurd reason, your employee felt it was appropriate to YELL AT ME to stop and show a coronapas, even though my boyfriend explained I am pregnant and really in need of the toilet.

Not only is there NO NEED TO SHOW A CORONA PASS IN ORDER TO USE THE TOILET ACCORDING TO THE NEW RESTRICTIONS, but IT IS NEVER APPROPRIATE TO SHOUT AT A GUEST, especially not a heavily pregnant one with a child on the side. NEVER.

I do not plan on visiting Joe and Juice in the future again.

While My friend and I walked into the store at whit Monday around 15:20 with a box of cake, the stuff yell at us that we cannot eat cake here before we order anything. We were planned order some coffee to go home so we can enjoy the cake at home. After we explained we won’t eat there, we ordered ice coffee, the stuff refuse to make it, they told us they can only make juice, because they already finished with wash the coffee machine. That’s a shock, I never experienced anything like this in Denmark. The stuff is very rude, didn’t talk politely at all. I will never recommend anyone go to this Joe...

There is no service at all.My friend and I went into this coffee shop at 15.30 on 6th of June and wanted to order a cup of coffee.But the staff told us that he already cleaned the coffee machine and he cannot make the coffee.It is obvious that he is too lazy to do his job within working hours.Besides we came with a box of cake and only wanted to order take away.He just said you cannot eat cake inside and refused to take order before he refused to make coffee.
