I actually wrote this review about seven years ago but just discovered that it was never posted. Even though some time has passed, I still think it’s worth sharing my experience.
The worst experience I’ve had in a restaurant. I’ve lived in Denmark for a while but had never tried Bone’s before. I’d heard a lot of good things about it, so I decided to bring my newly arrived friends (from Korea) there to try it out. The atmosphere was nice, but unfortunately, the staff got our order wrong. They also made a mistake on our bill, which we didn’t realize at the time since we were new to how things worked at the restaurant.
Afterward, the restaurant called my number a few times regarding the bill. I tried calling back twice because I was concerned, but I wasn’t able to reach anyone during their opening hours as I was busy with school and other commitments. When I did call, the answering machine was the only response I got. Later, they contacted me again using another person’s number, whom I also reached out to in return.
Eventually, I arranged to visit the restaurant in person to review the bill and settle any outstanding amount if necessary. The staff member who made the original billing mistake was very apologetic, and I appreciated that — I didn’t make a big deal about it because he was clearly sincere.
However, one of the other staff members was quite rude in how she spoke to me about the situation. I had already called back and even went to the restaurant in person, so being spoken to as if I had been avoiding them felt unnecessary and disrespectful. I was simply asking how long they would keep my number on file, and I expected a more polite response.
I took time out of my schedule to return to the restaurant and make things right — something I did out of good faith. As students, our time and finances are limited, and I believe mutual respect should go both ways. Mistakes can happen, but how they are handled makes all the difference. Unfortunately, this experience left a very poor impression.

How is that even possible. they did not care and rotten tomatoes in a bowl of Salad and a batch of 10 hotwings tasting sour and harsh only took one bite of a wing and immediately spit it out the rest got thrown out. I would not be surprised if ill get sick in the coming hours bad chicken is no joke.
An hopeless resturant with extremely disgusting food. 900 dkk down the drain and had to get some other food afterwards.
