On 26th July 2025 at around 11.20, my daughter and I wanted to try eating here for the first time. We were waiting to be seated while your 3 waitresses were busy talking and laughing in the back. I tried to get eye contact with them but no one paid attention. So I had to wave to get their attention. One of them came to us with the most unpleasant and the worst attitude we ever experienced. As your customers, we felt so unwelcomed and that we couldn’t tolerate such an awful action and service. We decided to leave at once. By the way, the restaurant wasn’t busy at all.

My mum and I came across this restaurant, willing to try this place for our first time. We were waiting patiently for service for about 5 minutes. I must stress that the restaurant was not busy at all. There were 3 waitresses hanging around doing nothing at the back. My mum tried to make eye contact with the waitresses, but it was not enough so she waved for attention. A waitress finally saw us. Unfortunately, we were met by a very unwelcoming attitude, looking very irritated of our existence. She gave us the menu, but we decided to leave at once, as we felt unwelcome and we will not tolerate this poor level of service.

The food was pretty good. The staff was able to speak English which was a plus as we don't speak Danish, however their service was slow and not focused on the guest at all. The waiter didn't ask us once if the food was alright or if we wanted something new to drink since we arrived. Important to note that there were only 3 other tables beside us in the entire restaurant. We tried to get the waiter's attention several times but they never came over when we wanted to order new drinks and maybe even dessert (which was also not offered by the way).
