I recently visited a hookah lounge by the beach and loved the concept of enjoying hookah with an ocean view. However, the flavor wasn't strong due to a lack of coals. After receiving two coals initially, I asked for more and was only given one. When I requested another coal, I was told I’d have to pay for it, which was disappointing. In my experience, you should only need a refill once the flavor dies down, but this felt like a scam to me. I've been smoking hookah for over 10 years, and coming from Houston, where I'm used to not being charged for extra coals, this didn't meet my expectations—it was beyond disappointing. Hookah is average at most and extremely overpriced. They charged around $60 (which is more expensive than anywhere in US) and the guy refused to refill coals saying they are gonna be closing while they still were supposed to be open for 45 minutes.
