The establishment offers a gourmet restaurant, a beach bar, a large terrace overlooking the beach and the sea, and a private beach with palapas and large umbrellas. We rented their chairs & Umbrellas and got the chance to have lunch right on the beach facing the sea. Staff brought a small wooden table to keep our food and you could order anything and they would bring it to your spot.

Renting chairs & Umbrellas was cheap, just 500 pesos and the food was good too.

We ordered-

*Combo Villa Blanca- chicken wings, chicken fingers, fish fingers, fish croquettes, seafood salpicon, blue cheese dressing with tartar & bbq sauce

Looks great, but too many fried items, I had ample time and enjoyed my food with beer and pineapple juice.

One thing is great here in DR- fresh juice… loved it

The price might be on the higher side, but hey you are on the beach and relaxing, what else you are looking for? The view and the sounds of the ocean were amazing. good service, food, beer, sun, sand- life is good

Tax: they have 18% ITBIS tax which is value-added tax (VAT/sale), on top of that, they charge 10% tax, they call it Ley tax. Dominican law requires hotels and restaurants to add a 10% service tax to their bill (in addition to the 18% sales tax). Sometimes bills will show this 10% under a label that reads "Ley" (law). If asked, managers will say that "service is included" while employees will say "tips are not included".

So, I paid 28% tax on the bill amount, plus the waiter will say while handing the bill that the tip is not there in the bill, so now you are paying a tip too... in short, you are paying 35 % extra of the...

Und abschließend: Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter ist sehr unseriös und unglaubwürdig.||||Please do not be blinded by beautiful photos and good reviews. The truth is very different. Except for the location, the Villa Blanca is a disaster. Even if someone reaches the apartments over the stairs, someone gets the impression that everything is very neglected. The furniture is already getting old, the pictures in the portals are very beautiful. That's why I've attached actual pictures of this recession.||The kitchenette really does not invite you to cook. See photo. The bed is just 1.37 m. The view from the balcony is only worth sitting. Otherwise you look at the backyard of Villa Blanca. The bathroom is an impertinence. Very old, rusty fittings, no hair dryer and only after a very long time warm water. The overall impression is very bad. Considering that many good and clean guest rooms are priced at $ 40, this offer is not worth it anymore. The price range between USD 50 and 350 USD is an outrage. And finally: The care by the landlord is very dubious and implausible.||||Por favor, no te dejes cegar por fotos hermosas y buenas críticas.

We stayed at Villa Blanca Beach Club for one night, and while there were a few positives, our overall experience was disappointing. Pros: The staff were friendly and accommodating. We appreciated being allowed a late check-out, and they were kind enough to hold our luggage after we checked out, which was helpful. Cons: Unfortunately, the room was in poor condition. The floors were constantly wet and damp during our stay, with water seeping through the floorboards, which made it difficult and uncomfortable to walk around. It also created an unpleasant smell that lingered in the room. For over $100 a night (plus tax), the amenities were lacking. There was a coffee machine, but no coffee or filters provided. The fridge had no water, and nothing else was offered. The room felt neglected and dirty, and I’m not sure if this was just our room or a more widespread issue, but it was enough to sour the experience. Overall, while the staff were nice, the condition of the room and lack of basic amenities didn’t justify the price. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

I made a reservations 2 weeks in advance for a Mother’s Day event the restaurant beach club promoted heavily requesting front line beach seating. Once I arrived I was seated 5 rows back which is extremely far from the beach. Attached photos show there was availability and management responded it’s first come first served which made me ask why was I not given the reserved seats then. Attached are photos as proof. Service is always extremely slow at this establishment but I wanted to give it another chance since they had planned an event. I would not recommend planning something and then showing up to a place that does not respect reservations. Very greedy establishment where management does nothing to rectify the situation. Definitely not a place to bring older family members and they don’t keep the beaches clean compared to nearby beach clubs.
