Espanola — Restaurant in Geziret al Zamalik, Jazirat al Zamalik

We ordered the food at 2.15 pm, it arrived at 4 pm!!!!!! While our host was very nice and polite, nothing else went right. The food took forever, plates arrived separately, so our party did not eat together. The chicken tawook was meh, the pesto pasta was without pesto, the beef was chewy, the tahini wasn't even seasoned and the bread looked as old as the pyramids. The cordon bleu was fine. This was a mistake not to be repeated ever!!!! For those of you who think that the place may have spanish food because of its name , tough break, it's not. Another surprise we got today. Also, the place is okay but it can't be called elegant at all!!! Especially for a place that's located in Zamalek.
