We had unfortunately a bad experience allover: First they bring you a PLASTIC fork, spoon and knife, unbelievable! Then they bring you the juice again in a plastic cup! I thought it was a serious restaurant but apparently it is not. Next: we had ordered plain basmati rice, but they brought us biryani, we sent it back but they insisted we take it although we clearly had ordered NO biryani! What service is this? Also other things: The different dishes had not their extra spoon in it, so everything got mixed up, not very pleasant to the eye. Just put a spoon in every dish, it‘s not so difficult. The naan bread was really a small portion and also had a hair on it; we didn’t bother to tell them because it was already clear that they do not care about customers. When I asked the lady to put toilet paper in the restroom because there was none, she told me okay, will do. I went there after an hour and there was still nothing, (except the broken toilet seat). When I told her that she had not put the toilet paper, she lied to me and said, yes, she put it there. When I told her, no, there isn‘t any, she started smiling ironically and mocking me „sorry mam“. Clearly she just doesn’t care. Besides all this: the only paper menu they had (because per qrcode it was difficult to read) was really dirty and old, it felt disgusting. We had to ask for napkins twice, not one on the table. They never asked if everything is okay, we had to walk down everytime to find them. They clearly do not care. The whole (young) crew seemed like complete amateurs to me. The food itself: very basic (we are regularly eating in various Indian restaurants and so we can compare). All in all, I cannot...
Read moreIf you’re genuinely curious about Indian food, you shouldn’t start here, to begin with the overall quality of the food, is not good: a day old chicken was served to me, the crispy layer was separated from the chicken, and I couldn’t taste the flavor of the marinade!
The taste profile was far from Indian food! This is not Indian food, I ordered sweet and sour chicken, it was basically a red sauce covered fried chicken served separately from any side dish, I had to pay extra to get a “tandoori rotti” which came as poorly made naan 😂😂 I was too hungry to argue!
Lastly, they don’t know the difference between appetizers and sauces, served me pani puri without the puri 😂😂 and when I asked for the bread they said this is a sauce 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
I wouldn’t have been too mad about it if the price I paid wasn’t 350 EGP for: 1 person-meal serving of chicken 1 naan (mis-served...

Waiters are serving by heart, but totally away from a 3 star restaurant , they are very welcoming, and have the typical genuine Egyptian hospitality, you feel you are invited at someone's hime.
Food: Food quality and taste are very satisfactory, main dishes are a bit overpriced, but not expensive.
Drinks: if you like to drink Coca Cola or Pepsi, I advise you to by it from outside, People working in this place are not serving such drinks ... supporting Gaza!! I was pushed to drink water!!!.
In general as a valie of money considering the location and atmosphere I...
