Mr. LEE (asian food) — Restaurant in Geziret al Zamalik, Jazirat al Zamalik

I changed my rating from 4 stars, as I thought their rice was bad. Here's the experience that changed my mind: I ordered (by calling the restaurant) a vegetable ramin, a ramin soup and indian sambousek. The sambousek was ok. However the ramin (both the soup and the normal dish)- which I previously thought was the best thing they do- arrived tasteless, and not as hot as it used to be in previous deliveries. I called the restaurant to complain. Then, whoever responded told me to call the owner (didn't even want to apologise for my bad experience or hear about my complaint first). As I was frustrated, I told him to tell the owner himself about my complaint, and he promised me to do so. It's been two days since that call, and the restaurant doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction or food quality anymore. Its not even asian. If at least it would be good i wouldn’t leave a review but the taste is just horrific. The dumplings are not even steamed properly and are raw. The sweet and sour tasteless.
