I went to the place one time. I ordered cream mushroom soup, rice, a bottle of wine, chicken pane, potato fries.
What I liked: The view is mesmerizing. The space is large. The lighting is warm and beautiful. The way wine was served with ice cubes and goblets was lovely.
What I disliked: I ordered a bottle of wine from a certain brand, and it was not available, I ordered another and it was not available either, I had to order what was available and it was not the type that I used to order. I suggest making sure you have sufficient quantities of the drinks listed on the menu. I ordered multiple meals and were not available, I suggest they buy a bigger fridge. Prices are a lot high, I don't know why, the price of a bottle of wine was twice as much as it was in the store on the street. Some of the staff were unfriendly, didn't speak well to us, others were excellent and friendly. The place is a roof of a hotel, I suggest replacing the name of the place to be the roof of such a hotel, since what you can reach is the name...

Read moreIt's located on the rooftop of an old hotel as it's name suggest, right on the view of the Russian embassy and the Nile River in addition that it has a great atmosphere and variety of drinks however for food you will need to get the menus from the restaurant downstairs to make an order and have something to it , it's a little bit pricey but it enjoyable mainly because of the view and serenity also the bathrooms wasn't that great they smelt and they didn't feel clean or safe to use but they it's good, also you can't find a parking spot easily I had to walk down for 10 minutes after parking my car to reach the place which was not convenient for me and my group but overall I would say that the place is good...
