Chili's Hurghada Restaurant — Restaurant in Red Sea

We came here for our 1 year anniversary, i have eaten at Chillis in Upstate New York many times and it happens to be one of my favourite restaurants, but given that we were in Egypt i was a bit worried that the food quality would not be the same. Goodness, i was wrong! The food and the service were incredible. We got the Pina Colada and the Strawberry Margarita- both were delicious and tasted exactly the same as in America (wonderful surprise!). My boyfriend got the boneless buffallo wings, and i got the Cajun pasta with shrimp- everything was delicious! This was definitely the first time we really really enjoyed our meal in Hurghada. Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the restaurant was very clean and tidy and the menu was extensive. We also paid in euros, so it shouldnt be a problem to pay in euros or dollars, our waiter even converted the bill for us even if we had already done that beforehand. We also got the molten lava cake which was sooo good! The manager asked us if we were pleased with the food and service and we said yes and he gave us a card for a ten percent discount the next time we come, which we are planning to come back once nefore we leave Egypt. 5 stars, loved it! It was my boyfriends first time at Chillis- but definitely not his last, we are both so pleased. The prices are not too bad, for everything our bill was 35 euro and we gave 40€ as the food and service were really great. For me, it honestly filled me up enough that i didnt need to eat anything else the rest of the day....

I was with my mother before 2 days in this restaurant. Our waiter was Mido El Abd (I hope I wrote the name correct). We ordered some beverages (a cocktail, 1 coke, lemon juice), one chocolate cake with melting chocolate and one scoop ice and also one time the Nachos. I really want to say that the food was very delicious. The chocolate cake was fantastic with melting chocolate and the taste was really good! In El Gouna you can‘t find this one! And the Nachos were also really really delicious. A lot of cheese on it and the (sour) cream was like heaven! We will for sure come again! Sadly I have this evening no photos from the food, my mother was too fast and the food was really good!!

AND yesterday my mother, me and a good friend were again in this restaurant. Our waiter was again Mido El Abd, he is a really nice guy! We ordered again some beverages, I think in total 6. We took again the Bold Nachos and the Crispy Chicken Tacos for the Appetizer. They were heaven!!! If you are in this restaurant, you have to take the Tacos! For Main Course we took the Diane Steak, the Classic Oldtimer Burger and a Big Salad with Shrimps. My mom said she has never ate such a good steak! And the Burger was perfect and very delicious! This time I have a photo from the 3 Main Courses! It was really really delicious! I really recommend this restaurant to everyone!! You have to try...

I recently dined at Chili’s in Hurghada with my family, and I must say it was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. The quality of the food was appalling. I was served a steak that was completely raw in the center—not medium-rare, not rare, but downright inedible. This was not only a culinary failure but also a serious health hazard.

When I pointed out the issue to the staff, I was met with complete indifference. The service was diabolical—unprofessional, inattentive, and downright dismissive. Despite the blatant mistake on their part, they refused to take the item off my bill. This lack of accountability is utterly unacceptable for any establishment, let alone one that claims to uphold international standards.

The entire experience left me feeling deeply disappointed and frustrated. Chili’s in Hurghada clearly prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction and safety. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place entirely if you value good food, decent service, or even basic hygiene standards.
