McDonald's Senzo Mall - Hurghada — Restaurant in Red Sea

What an awful place this Mac Donald's is, so don't go there if you're a tourist! Your place in the queue is not respected, which is bad enough, but even worse: once you've placed your order, you're told that the usual sauce for the burger you've chosen (the Big Mac) is out of stock, so you can choose another sauce, but only once you've paid, so it's impossible to go back and change establishments. All they have to do is note that the burger is out of stock. What's more, when you change the menu for something simpler, the manager almost refuses to refund you the difference (we really had to negotiate, it's not normal). And instead of apologising for the inconvenience, they refused a mayonnaise because we already had one in (even though you have to pay for it), so I guess it'll soon be out of stock too. All in all, a very sad experience for this chain, where we thought we'd find a service on a par with...

We would get an Uber to this McDonald’s and it works out way cheaper than a normal taxi. (The hotels have pictures even saying DO NOT get any taxi other than theirs, but I survived lol). Also, we only paid 100 Egyptian Pounds to go there and another 100 back.

The McDonald’s itself has an open outside seating area, a large inside seating area too and the staff are very friendly. One woman tried to push in in front of me and the staff told her “yeah, wait your turn.”

They also allowed us to pick our happy meal toys and were very happy to see us anytime we came back.

Food is very tasty and much better than the McDonald’s in UK. In addition to that, each meal is about £4-£5 instead of £8 or so in UK, so considerably...

The Food is Good but the Young Boy that was working in the daytime does not know his job and is very lazy. He told me that he didn't bring all that I ordered because he said that the ice cream sundae was to be eaten by me later. I said please get me the ice cream sundae now. He said no you go get it yourself! So I told him that I will call his manager regarding his lousy customer service skills. Then he laughed and said ok I will bring your sundae now. He should be retrained and if he can't get it together he should be fired...
